UnTours Terms and Conditions

Registration and payment for this Founder’s Trip will be made directly with Idyll Limited, DBA UnTours, Privada Travel’s operating partner for the Costa Rica Family Adventure.

• 50% of the trip cost is due upon registration.
• An amount equal to 30% of the total trip cost is non-refundable upon registration.
• Final payment is due November 24, 2026, 90 days prior to departure.
• Beginning November 24, 2026, 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
• The minimum age to participate in the listed activities is 5 years old.

These terms govern the relationship between the traveler and Idyll Limited, DBA UnTours. By booking and submitting a deposit, travelers agree to be bound by these terms.

UnTours does not own or operate the independent suppliers providing transportation, accommodations, activities, or other travel services included in this program and acts as an agent for those suppliers. Accordingly, UnTours is not responsible for the negligence, acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, mechanical failures, substitutions, or other actions of independent suppliers or third parties.

Program dates, itinerary details, accommodations, and costs are provided in good faith but may be subject to change when circumstances require. While no revisions to the final itinerary are anticipated, UnTours reserves the right to make changes necessary for the safe and successful operation of the trip.

Travelers are responsible for their baggage and personal belongings at all times.

If UnTours is unable to operate the trip on the planned dates, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded. UnTours reserves the right to provide refunds in the form of credit toward future UnTours travel.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and otherwise capable of participating safely in the trip.

UnTours reserves the right to decline or discontinue the participation of a traveler who, in its judgment, is unfit for travel or whose condition may present a danger to themselves or others. In such circumstances, the portion of the amount paid corresponding to unused services and accommodations will be refunded.

Travelers requiring special assistance should notify UnTours in advance. Unless prior arrangements have been made with UnTours, travelers requiring ongoing assistance must travel with someone able to provide that assistance.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Airfare is not included unless specifically stated. Pricing and program details are subject to change when necessary.

UnTours may take photographs or video during the trip for promotional purposes. By participating, travelers consent to the use of their image in such materials.

Travelers who prefer not to be photographed or have their image used should notify UnTours program staff and the photographer at the beginning of the trip.

Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended, particularly given the trip's non-refundable payment schedule. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms, coverage, and exclusions of any insurance policy purchased.

Idyll Limited, DBA UnTours maintains a trust account as required by applicable California seller-of-travel regulations.

By registering and submitting payment to UnTours, travelers acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable trip and booking terms and conditions.
