This itinerary and package is offered by Kate's World Travel, LLC ("KWT") subject to the general Terms and Conditions of Kate's World Travel, LLC, provided to you separately and available upon request. Those general Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through KWT, including this package, and are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between this addendum and the general Terms and Conditions of Kate's World Travel, the general Terms and Conditions shall govern, except where this addendum expressly provides package-specific terms (including pricing, deposit, final payment, and inclusions) that are unique to this itinerary.

The river cruise portion of this itinerary is operated by AMADEUS River Cruises, a disclosed principal supplier. Ground transportation, hotel accommodations in Munich, and local guided excursions are provided by additional disclosed principal suppliers arranged on your behalf. Kate's World Travel acts solely as a booking agent for these suppliers and is not the operator of the cruise, hotels, or excursions. The terms and conditions of AMADEUS River Cruises and any other supplier providing services on this itinerary apply to those services and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Pricing for this package is custom-built by Kate's World Travel and includes the 6-night river cruise aboard AMADEUS Riva, all guided excursions listed in the full itinerary, and the 3-night Munich extension, as detailed in your package pricing sheet. Pricing does not include international airfare, travel insurance, or optional add-ons unless otherwise stated.

• Deposit: $500 per person, due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Final Payment: Due in full by July 1st, 2027
• Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of monies paid, per the cancellation terms of Kate's World Travel and AMADEUS River Cruises.
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are guaranteed once your deposit is received and your booking is confirmed, except for increases resulting from currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or fees imposed by suppliers prior to final payment.

Included in your package price: River cruise accommodations in your selected stateroom category, all onboard meals and beverages as described in your itinerary, all Package B excursions listed in the full itinerary, the 3-night Munich hotel extension, and included transfers as outlined in your itinerary.

Available at additional cost (not included):

• Optional Vienna pre-night hotel: $450 per hotel room 
• Optional Salzburg day trip: $150 per person (includes first-class train and guided tour)
• International airfare, travel insurance, gratuities for local guides, and personal expenses

Optional add-ons are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled due to weather, transportation availability, or minimum participation requirements.

This itinerary includes extended walking on cobblestone streets and uneven surfaces in Vienna, Passau, Regensburg, and Nuremberg, stairs at several venues, and a full-day excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle involving a walk uphill to the castle entrance.
