Alaska Awaiting™ Hosted & Escorted Experience Includes:

  • A private pre-cruise Alaska planning session to prepare you for the journey
  • Shore excursion strategy and curated port recommendations
  • Dedicated group coordination, communication, and deadline management
  • A hosted welcome gathering onboard
  • A Glacier Day meet-up with curated viewing tips
  • A coordinated specialty dining group experience (optional)
  • Onboard host support throughout the sailing
  • An Alaska Awaiting™ keepsake gift package

This non-refundable fee covers the full professional planning, branding, and hosted group experience provided by TamVentures Travel, LLC. It ensures dedicated support before and during the trip, allowing you to travel with confidence and ease.

$250 per person -paid directly to the cruise line
✔️ Due no more than 60 days after registration
✔️ Locks in your cabin and cruise fare

  • A monthly installment payment plan will be established after the initial deposit is made.
  • Final payment is due by April 1, 2027.
  • FlexPay options are also available.

Cabins are limited and not guaranteed until the cruise deposit is paid.
