GLP At Sea™ : The Inaugural GLP Cruise™ Retreat

Oct 24 - 29, 2026

For many of us, GLP-1 medication has completely transformed our lives--and finding others online who share this experience has been a critical part of the journey.

Together, we've made space for each other to ask questions without embarrassment, vent about the naysayers in our everyday lives, post jaw-dropping before-and-after photos, and share our victories big and small. Not everyone gets it--but when you're with people who do, the energy is different.

Now it's time to do it face-to-face.

Join us for GLP At Sea™: a five-night GLP Cruise™ retreat with others who are transforming their lives with GLP-1s, just like you. Connect, get energized, and celebrate your progress while sailing to the Bahamas and Perfect Day at CocoCay aboard Harmony of the Seas® from Royal Caribbean.

During the retreat, you’ll take part in small-group discussions, mindset and confidence workshops, real-life success panels, and curated experiences designed to help you connect--with yourself and others in this community.

Just beginning your GLP-1 transformation and looking for momentum? Join us to kick things off. Further along, or already in maintenance? Celebrate the work you’ve done and the person you’ve become.

Whether your focus is improving your health and wellness, rediscovering yourself, or simply feeling more at home in your body, you'll leave with new connections, renewed motivation, and greater clarity about what's next. Plus, the first ten confirmed cabins receive a complimentary Royal Beach Club Paradise Island day pass in Nassau.

Don't miss your chance to be part of the inaugural GLP At Sea sailing. After reading more below, submit a booking request to reserve your cabin and get access our exclusive GLP Cruise™ programming onboard.

  • What's Included in a GLP At Sea™ GLP Cruise™ Retreat?

We’ve all navigated questions, opinions, setbacks, and victories. GLP At Sea™ is what happens when that shared experience comes together in real time: five nights of connection, celebration, and community--without explanation, apology, or minimization of your success--aboard the remarkable Harmony of the Seas.®

Layered on top of everything already included in your Royal Caribbean cruise, your GLP Cruise™ retreat experience includes:

    • Private GLP At Sea™ Community Access
Before we ever step onboard, you’ll gain access to a private, cruiser-only discussion in our group space to meet fellow participants, ask questions, and begin building connections. Access continues after we return home so the community and support remain in place.
    • $50 Onboard Credit
Confirmed participants receive $50 USD in onboard credit per cabin. (Onboard credit is not redeemable for cash.)
    • Inaugural Swag Bag
Each participant receives a commemorative GLP At Sea™ swag bag featuring a limited-edition pin and other items celebrating our first sailing together.
    • Sail-Away Hospitality Desk
Once you’ve settled into your stateroom, stop by our hosted check-in space to connect, orient yourself, and officially begin your retreat experience.
    • Dedicated Group Dining Time

Throughout the sailing, we’ll coordinate activity-centered gatherings based on shared interests—from trivia and morning walks to pickleball, waterpark adventures, and late-night dancing. Join what energizes you. Skip what doesn’t.
    • Panels & Workshops
Several intentional sessions are designed for deeper conversation in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. Ask the questions you’ve been holding onto. Hear perspectives from others at different stages. Strengthen your mindset, refine what’s working, and continue evolving into the version of yourself you’re building.
    • The GLowuP Awards

  • The F20: If You're the Type That Does the Most (In the Best Way)…

Are you the one who welcomes newcomers, offers thoughtful encouragement, and brings steady positive energy when it matters most?

If so, the F20 may be where you belong.

F20 stands for the Founding 20: a select group of twenty participants who will help shape the tone of our inaugural GLP at Sea™ sailing. F20 participation is limited to twenty members and may close once roles are filled. This isn’t about managing logistics--it’s about presence. The generosity, optimism, and leadership you naturally bring will help define the culture of this first cohort.

    F20 members receive:

    • Founding Recognition
A special credential within the GLP at Sea™ community, both online and onboard.
    • A Private F20 Gathering
An exclusive onboarding event for deeper connection before the full group convenes.
    • Commemorative Gift
A limited-edition item created specifically for Founding 20 participants.
    • Priority Access
Early access to reserve capacity-restricted optional experiences before they open to the broader group.

Interested? Select "Tell me more about F20" when submitting your booking request.

  • FAQ

How is GLP At Sea™ different from other GLP-1 Cruises?

The GLP at Sea™ inaugural GLP Cruise™ retreat is built as a structured retreat experience, not simply a shared itinerary. Designed and operated by travel advisor and coach Kristin DiBiase--who lost 115 pounds on a GLP-1 and has been in maintenance since 2024--the sailing combines professional travel expertise with authentic lived experience. Programming includes facilitated discussions, confidence workshops, curated gatherings, and a celebratory fashion and awards show within a clearly defined retreat framework. Participation is managed exclusively through JKD Global Travel to preserve the integrity and cohesion of the experience.

    How structured is this event?

While we will have multiple retreat activities taking place each day, you are never required to attend. There will be special events at set times that give you a chance to meet up with other community members, but for large portions of the trip, your time will be your own to do with as you please (which you'll need, because the ship itself has tons to do!).

I'm confused...how many days is the retreat?

Ah, yes...cruise math strikes again. The cruise begins on October 24, but sail-away is at 4pm; and disembarkation (when people start leaving at the end to go home) starts at 7am on October 29. The four days in between, October 25-28, are full days.

Can I book a room by myself?

Solo travelers are allowed to book a stateroom by themselves at 200% of the full fare + an administration fee (total cost is no higher than the double occupancy price).

What's the minimum age to book a stateroom?

To book a cabin on Royal Caribbean, guests must be aged 18 years or older. Due to the potential nature of some conversations that may take place, participation in this inaugural GLP At Sea™ event is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older as well.

I booked on my own. Can I still participate?

Due to capacity restrictions, we can only guarantee inclusion for guests who book directly with JKD Global Travel. Guests who book directly with Royal Caribbean or who book through another travel agency will not be able to participate in GLP At Sea™ events.

    What documents do I need?

passport is the best ID document for cruise travel because it's official verification of your identity and your citizenship, both of which are required to be able to cruise. The expiration date listed on your passport must be at least 6 months after the last date of your cruise or you won't be allowed to board.

U.S. Citizens can cruise with a birth certificate on most sailings from the U.S. if their birth certificate meets specific requirements, but a passport is preferred.

Your identity must be consistent across all of the documents you are using--so if you've had a name change, you might have additional requirements.

What does the Royal Beach Club Day Pass include?

The Day Pass provides full-day, all-inclusive access to Royal Beach Club Paradise Island during our Nassau port stop, including round-trip ferry transportation from the ship.

Guests enjoy access to all general amenities, three temperature-controlled pools, beach areas, and lounge spaces throughout the property.

The pass includes dining at three complimentary locations and unlimited beverages. Guests 21+ receive unlimited open bar service; guests under 21 receive unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and dining.
