Pack your bags, text the group chat, and get ready for a fabulous weekend away with the Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus.

The 2026 TCGMC Retreat takes place Friday, October 2 through Sunday, October 4 at Treasure Island Resort & Casino.

This weekend is all about connection, music, laughter, rest, and just the right amount of gay retreat chaos.

Room Cost: $402.00 total per room for two nights in the Wolf Tower at Treasure Island Resort & Casino. Rooms include two queen beds.

Estimated lodging cost per person if split evenly:

• Single Occupancy: $402.00
• Double Occupancy: $201.00 per person
• Triple Occupancy: $134.00 per person
• Quad Occupancy: $101.50 per person

Before You Start
Please confirm your roommates before completing this form.

Only one person per room should complete the lodging signup. We’ll call this person the Room Captain.

The Room Captain will enter the name and email address for everyone staying in the room.

The Room Captain will provide a credit or debit card to guarantee the room reservation. This card will hold the room, but it will not be charged before check-in.

At check-in, we recommend that one person use their card for the room charges with Treasure Island, then roommates can split the cost among themselves.

Guest rooms have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before arrival will be charged one night of room and tax. No-show reservations will also be charged one night of room and tax.

After the room signup is complete, each person listed will receive an email with their itinerary and booking confirmation.
