The price shown is the TOTAL for TWO guests sharing a stateroom.

Your per-person double-occupancy price is HALF that amount.

Taxes and port fees are included.

At booking we process:

$99 per person (until 11/2) refundable Holland America cabin deposit
+ $50 per person toward the Gypsy Soul Celebration Package Host Fee

Remaining cruise payments and optional package payments are due May 23, 2027.

The Celebration Package Host Fee is $175 per guest, in addition to your cruise fare.

$50 due at booking
$125 due at final payment

The $50 is part of the $175 total — not an additional fee.

The fee helps cover our group deposit room block, 

three Gypsy Soul concerts, specialty events, production and staff expenses.

This is one shared experience — no VIP tiers and no backstage divisions.

1) Book through Cilette Swann / Gypsy Soul Journeys for group pricing and Gypsy Soul events.

2) Enter your name exactly as it appears on your travel identification.

3) Fill out all the prompts on the profile page including: a) choosing you room category,

b) approving the Itinerary, c) authorizing your credit card for DEPOST ONLY,

d) if you wish, choosing "Have It All" upgraded drinks/wifi/gratuities etc. package plus e) agreeing to Terms and Conditions.

(All of this takes only moments.)

4) Cilette will reach out to you shortly and go over your needs and get some room choices for you.

5) Cilette will apply your deposit to the room choice. You will receive a comprehensive Holland America receipt with all your travel information for your careful review.

6) We can chat about travel protection promptly after deposit. Cilette can get you quotes.
7) You confirm your medical coverage outside the U.S. as our ship is a foreign registered vessel.
8) Review Canadian entry requirements, if applicable. We are in BC for 4 hours.

9) Review your booking confirmation and payment dates carefully. Sign up for Holland's Loyalty program, download their Navigation app and start considering your excursions.

10) Cilette will be your guide along the way should you have any questions. Group hotels, pre-cruise meet-n-greet, pre/post cruise support.

Travel protection is strongly recommended.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR),

may have strict purchase deadlines — sometimes within 10 days of deposit.

Suites may require a higher cruise-line deposit.

Deposits are fully refundable through May 23, 2027, subject to your reservation terms.

Holland America’s currently published cancellation schedule:

90+ days: 100% refund
89–83 days: 100% less required deposit
82–46 days: 50% refund of gross fare
45 days or less: No refund

Our itinerary includes Victoria, British Columbia.

Is this a private charter?

No. It is a public Holland America sailing with exclusive Gypsy Soul events

for participating guests booked through Gypsy Soul Journeys.

What does the Host Fee cover?

Three concerts, specialty events, production and staff expenses.

Are there different participation levels?

No. Everyone shares the same Gypsy Soul experience.

What is included in the cruise fare?

Your stateroom, main dining, ship amenities, entertainment, taxes and port fees.

Flights, hotels, rental cars and transfers are additional.

Is the “Have It All” package add on required?

No. It is optional and priced separately.

Have It All Early Bird Package expires: 11/2/2026.

Can I bring guests?

Absolutely. We'd love that.

They simply need to book through Gypsy Soul Journeys 

to participate in our group events.
