Travel Overview
The resort is Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres (Family-Friendly) and TRS Coral (Adults Only), an all-inclusive resort located just north of Cancun, Mexico.

Recommended travel dates: May 7-11, 2027 (minimum 3-night stay).

You’re welcome to extend your trip! Note your exact arrival and departure dates on the booking form, and we’ll confirm availability before you book flights.

Please book your own flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Payment Schedule

• September 18, 2026: $250 per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due at time of booking
• January 10, 2027: 50% balance
• February 19, 2027: Final balance due

Cancellation Policy

• Time of booking – September 18, 2026: $250 per person penalty
• September 19, 2026 – February 19, 2027: 50% penalty
• After February 19, 2027: 100% penalty

Penalties are waived for those who purchase travel insurance.

Travel Insurance
You’ll have the option to purchase insurance on the booking form. If selected, the cost will be charged along with your deposit. The travel protection offered is a “Cancel for any reason” policy, meaning you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund, minus the cost of insurance.

Insurance payment is due at the time of deposit and cannot be added or removed later.

Changes to Your Reservation
A $100 service fee per change may be applied after your initial reservation is confirmed. The resort does not allow any changes after the final payment is completed.

Flights
Please book your own flights to Cancun (CUN) once your reservation is confirmed. Round-trip airport transfers are included if you provide your flight info by April 13, 2027. Instructions will follow on how to submit your details.

Passport Reminder
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. Please double-check your expiration date and renew your passport if necessary to avoid any travel disruptions.
