The prices above are subject to change based on the number of people, number of days, locations, and activities. We reserve the right to revise rates if the exchange rate between the Kenyan Shilling and US Dollar fluctuates adversely.

Payment timeline is as follows:

Deposit: 25% of land arrangements plus full primate trekking permits, non refundable. Deposit due upon booking.

Final Balance: No later than 60 days before trip start date.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and shall be effective on the date of actual receipt by the supplier.

The following cancellation charges apply to the basic program rate:

Cancellations received within 90-60 days prior to safari start will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost

Cancellations received within 59-31 days prior to safari start will be subject to a cancellation charge of 75% of the tour cost

Cancellations received within 30 days prior to safari start will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour cost

Supplier reserves the right to deduct all expenses incurred from money paid.

Driver/Guide

● Private Group Airport/airstrip transfers as noted in Nairobi & Zanzibar

● Use of complimentary airport shuttle on day 10 for transfer Crowne Plaza-NBO

● Scheduled internal flights: Wilson-Mara-Wilson

● Please note that luggage allowance on these flights is strictly 15kgs per person inclusive of hand luggage all packed

in soft-sided luggage
