Payment timeline is as follows:

Deposit: Includes partial payment for land arrangements plus full primate trekking permits, non refundable. Deposit is due upon booking for all travelers.

Final Balance Due: No later than 60 days before trip start date.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and shall be effective on the date of actual receipt by the supplier.

The following cancellation charges apply to the basic program rate:

Cancellations received within 90-60 days prior to safari start will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost

Cancellations received within 59-31 days prior to safari start will be subject to a cancellation charge of 75% of the tour cost

Cancellations received within 30 days prior to safari start will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour cost

Supplier reserves the right to deduct all expenses incurred from money paid.
