I became a quantum practitioner after experiencing a crippling health crisis for over 12 years. At that point, I was assisted by PAPI/The Divine and experienced the life giving/changing resolve of quantum healing.

QUANTUM Healing was the only thing that was able to identify the root cause of my ailments and start the healing process in my body – it gave me my life back.

My desire now is to not only teach but also assist humanity with healing at the roots of the issue that ails them.

The retreat workshops and activities are designed exclusively for adults.

We warmly welcome your family to join you on the cruise vacation, but retreat sessions are reserved for registered adult participants to ensure an immersive and distraction-free experience for everyone.

If you are traveling with children, the cruise offers youth programs and supervised activities during select times. We ask that you arrange childcare during all retreat workshops and scheduled activities, whether through the ship's programs or another adult traveling with your group.

This allows you to be fully present, focused, and open to the transformation you came to experience.

• Travel Protection through the cruise line is included for your convenience and peace of mind. It is strongly encouraged for all travelers to help protect your investment and provide peace of mind. If you prefer to use your own travel insurance policy, simply provide a copy of your coverage and we will remove the travel protection charge. We can also provide a third party travel insurance option that covers any pre/post cruise hotel stay, flights, transfers, etc outside the cruise and provides Cancel Anytime options.

Your cruise fare includes: food (multiple dining options around the ship including the main dining room), basic drinks (water, tea, juice, milk, and coffee), on board entertainment (shows, performances, daily activities, pools, live music, fitness & sports, youth programs, and more), port stops (port excursions are not included BUT you CAN get off the ship at each port stop and explore regardless of if you have an excursion), and your stateroom.

• Transportation to Los Angeles such as flights are NOT included in the pricing as everyone has different flight needs and departure cities. We will assist in pricing flight options.
• Transfers will also be available to add on once flight information is made available.
• Pre/Post Cruise Hotel stays before or after the cruise unless arranged in advance.

Long Beach Airport (LGB) is the closest and most convenient airport to the San Pedro Cruise Terminal. However, Los Angeles International (LAX) and John Wayne (SNA) offer larger flight selections, though they require a longer commute.

The San Pedro Cruise Terminal is also known as the Port of Los Angeles (San Pedro) located on the west side of the bay, it houses the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal (also called the World Cruise Center).

Absolutely, we will discuss options during the reservation process.

No. You are not required to have a visa or passport for closed-loop cruises that begin and end at the same US port. However, a government-issued photo ID and a birth certificate is required to cruise and when traveling within the US. It is important to check with the cruise line and the most current requirements before departing on the cruise.

With that said, we HIGHLY recommended to bring a passport for the following reasons:

• Emergency Situations
  If you get sick or injured and need to fly home from a foreign port, or if there’s a family emergency, you will need a valid passport to re-enter the U.S. by air.
• Unexpected Itinerary Changes
  Cruises can change ports due to weather, emergencies, or mechanical issues. If your ship ends in a different port (especially internationally), a passport makes re-entry much easier.
• Missed Ship at a Port
  If you miss the ship while exploring a port and need to fly to the next stop (which could be in another country), a passport is required to board an international flight.
• Faster, Easier Check-In & Disembarkation
  Passports speed up the boarding and customs process. They are more universally accepted and reduce the chance of complications.
• More Freedom
  Some ports require a passport for certain excursions or island-hopping. Having one means you will not be restricted.
• Peace of Mind
  It is simply safer. Travel is unpredictable, and a passport is the most universally accepted form of identification for international travel.

Yes, we are able to match guests to share a cabin. You may book a shared cabin while you and/or we are working to secure a sailing companion. If unable to secure a roommate, you may change to a solo cabin.

Yes. There is a registration fee of $549 per person, which includes:

• $399 per person for the retreat experience, workshops, materials, and resources designed to support your transformation and growth.
• $150 per person for Travel Concierge services, providing personalized planning, booking management, and dedicated support before and during your cruise.

As this is the inaugural Manifest the Life You're Meant to Live Cruise Retreat, both fees have been reduced for this special group sailing:

• The Retreat Registration Fee has been reduced from the standard $600 per person to $399 per person as an introductory rate.
• The Travel Concierge Fee has been reduced from the standard $500 per person planning fee to $150 per person for participants of this group experience.

These fees are separate from your cruise fare and help ensure a seamless travel experience while giving you access to the retreat programming, materials, resources, and personalized travel support that make this experience truly unique.

Registration fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your participation in the retreat, the $399 Retreat Registration Fee may be applied as a credit toward eligible 1:1 coaching, mentoring, or service offerings provided by Raquelea. Eligible services, terms, and conditions can be found on her website.

In addition to the registration fee, a non-refundable cruise deposit is required to reserve your cabin. Deposits start at $100 per person, with higher deposits required for suite accommodations. Additional cancellation terms related to your cruise reservation will be provided during the booking process.

The following payments are non-refundable:

• The cruise deposit required to reserve your cabin.
• The $150 per person Travel Concierge Fee.
• The $399 per person Retreat Registration Fee.

If you cancel your participation in the retreat, the $399 Retreat Registration Fee may be applied as a credit toward eligible 1:1 coaching, mentoring, or service offerings provided by Raquelea, subject to her terms and conditions.

The credit does not expire and may be applied toward eligible services offered by Raquelea.

No. Because this retreat is being offered at a special inaugural rate, additional military and senior discounts are not available for this sailing. The cruise line is also not offering military or senior discounts on this sailing.

As your Travel Concierge, we will secure the best available rate at the time of booking, whether that is the group rate or the prevailing cruise fare. Cruise pricing is dynamic and may increase or decrease at any time based on availability, promotions, and the cruise line's pricing policies.

We do not price match rates found online or through other booking channels. In addition, prices advertised online typically do not include access to the retreat, retreat workshops and activities, or the personalized Travel Concierge services provided as part of this experience.

To participate in the retreat, you must book through the official retreat group reservation. Reservations booked independently with the cruise line or through another agency are not eligible for retreat participation, group events, or retreat inclusions. This policy ensures a smooth and cohesive experience for the group.

Any pricing adjustments will be communicated before payment is processed. Cruise fares are established by the cruise line and are outside of our control.

The retreat and travel concierge registration fees and cruise deposit are non-refundable. All cruise payments become non-refundable after the final payment date of February 17, 2027. Your cruise booking confirmation will also include the cruise line's complete cancellation and refund policy, including any applicable penalties and deadlines.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to help protect your investment in the event of a covered cancellation or interruption.

No, the cruise deposit is non-refundable. The registration fee is also is non-refundable. However, it can be covered if added to a third party travel insurance policy within 14 days of paying the deposit.

Yes, you may set up a payment plan once your deposit is paid. You may make payments of any amount, at any time, up to the final payment date of February 17, 2027. You may also finance your vacation using FlexPay. A member of our team can share details with you.

Payments are handled individually for each family or traveler, allowing flexibility while still participating in the shared retreat experience. Payments are made via a Credit Card Authorization via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and/or Discover debit or credit card.  

Can payments be made using PayPal, CashApp, Venmo or other money transfer services?

No, payments must be made using a credit or debit card. 

Once your registration is received, Ana or Travis will contact you via email, phone call or text to confirm your registration, discuss any additional guests, upgrades, travel protection insurance, excursions, concerns, timeline, and airfare/transfer/hotel needs.

Once your cabin is deposited, we will email a booking confirmation and what to expect timeline.

You will need to book 2 or more staterooms. We cannot guarantee that they will be near each other as it is based on availability. Cruise staterooms sleep a specific number based on lifeboat availability (in the event of an emergency). Even if you can all squeeze in a room, it is based on a strict number. You may all still sleep in the same room, but please know you will need to report the muster station assigned to your stateroom.

Yes. Travelers will be invited to join a private Facebook group prior to the retreat, with the possibility of an additional WhatsApp chat for optional, more casual connection and updates.

At this time, the retreat is not capped. But, depending on number of registrations, may decide to cap it to preserve the intimate, grounded feel of the experience. If additional space becomes available, the group may expand thoughtfully as needed.

• Adults-only meet-ups you read that right..spending time with other adults that not only hear your story, but they live it too! If you bring your kids, the kids club on board are truly AMAZING, so you can have that peace of mind.

Participation Is Always Optional

Every aspect of the retreat is optional by design. You are encouraged to participate in the workshops, activities, and group experiences that feel most aligned with your personal journey. Connection often happens most naturally when there is freedom to choose.

The goal is not full participation, but a meaningful experience.

Please note that retreat registration fees and retreat-related charges are based on your reserved participation in the program and are non-refundable. Choosing not to attend specific workshops, activities, or sessions does not qualify for a partial refund, credit, or reduction in fees.
