I currently have 16 Central Sea Terrace cabins being held for our group through December 26, 2026. After December 26, I can still add cabins to our group, but I cannot guarantee that the 15% group discount will still be available. Cabins added to the group will still receive the $100 Bar Tab.

All pricing is based on double occupancy (2 passengers sharing a cabin) and includes port fees, taxes and gratuities. If you are traveling solo or have 3–4 passengers sharing a cabin, please let me know and I will provide a personalized quote.

Our contracted group rate is available for Central Sea Terrace cabins and is currently priced 15% lower than the current rate.

Includes port fees, taxes and gratuities.

If you prefer another cabin category, I can also price Inside, Ocean View, Sea Terrace and RockStar Suite accommodations. These can still be booked and added to our group, and each cabin will receive the $100 Bar Tab.

A deposit of $380.80 per cabin is due at the time of booking. This deposit amount is for the central sea terrace only. If we book other cabin types, the deposit will change.

Under the Essential Fare cancellation policy, cancellations made within 7 days of the initial deposit are eligible for a refund. After the 7-day grace period, the deposit is nonrefundable but may be issued as a Future Voyage Credit according to Virgin Voyages' cancellation terms.

Partial payments are welcome and can be made directly through Tern. I will apply your payments to your Virgin Voyages reservation as they are received, as long as the balance is paid in full by the final payment date.

Final payment is due December 26, 2026.

• 120 days or more prior to sailing: If canceled within 7 days of the initial deposit, payments are refundable. After the 7-day grace period, the deposit will be issued as a Future Voyage Credit (FVC), and any additional payments made will be refunded.
• 119–45 days prior to sailing: Payments made toward the voyage fare are nonrefundable but will be issued as a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) for future travel with Virgin Voyages.
• 44 days or less prior to sailing: The voyage fare is 100% nonrefundable and no Future Voyage Credit will be issued.

Future Voyage Credits are subject to Virgin Voyages' terms, conditions, and expiration requirements.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your vacation investment. Insurance coverage and eligibility for reimbursement are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy purchased.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through Brilliant Journeys. Virgin Voyages' cancellation policies and terms are subject to change.

Virgin Voyages includes many amenities in the voyage fare that are an additional cost on other cruise lines:

• Dining at 20+ onboard eateries with no traditional specialty dining upcharges
• Classic Wi-Fi for one device per Sailor
• Essential beverages, including soda, still and sparkling water, drip coffee and tea
• Unlimited group fitness classes
• Onboard entertainment and shows
• Access to all of Virgin Voyages' adults-only onboard spaces

The Essential Fare also provides additional flexibility compared with Virgin's lower fare options:

• Dining reservations open 45 days prior to sailing
• Voyage date changes are permitted through Future Voyage Credit, subject to Virgin Voyages' cancellation and change policies
• Name changes are permitted for Sailors 2–4, subject to Virgin Voyages' terms

Please note: Alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, shore excursions, spa services, upgraded Wi-Fi and service gratuities are included with the Essential Fare unless otherwise stated.

All passengers are required to complete the group signup form. I only need one form submitted per cabin, along with the name of the person you plan to room with.

I am also happy to assist with pre- or post-cruise hotel stays and airfare arrangements. Please be sure to include your preferred departure airport on the form if you would like flight pricing included.

Travel insurance is not included and it is highly recommended. I will quote insurance once I confirm your cabin choice.

Travel documentation needed: A current passport with at least 6 months validity from the return date left on it or a drivers license with a birth certificate.

What happens after I complete the sign up form?

I will create a booking for you and send that over for your approval. Once you have approved, your deposit is due. You can authorize your payment directly within my system, Tern and the payment will be made directly with Virgin Voyages.
