Description:  Accommodation offers 1 King bed or 2 Double beds. Garden or Pool View rooms located on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor with outdoor jacuzzi and lounge bed. This room is located in the family section of the resort.

Max. occ. of 4 (2 adults/2 children or 3 adults/1child.)

• Initial Deposit of $100 per person (plus insurance, if applicable) due by December 15, 2025
• 2nd deposit of at least $500 per room due by February 1, 2026
• Final Payment Due by April 1, 2026
• Flight Itineraries due by July 1, 2026

Flights are not included in your travel package and must be purchased separately.

• Please book your flights into CUN – Cancun International Airport.
• Once your flights are confirmed, remember to send us a copy of your itinerary. This is required so we can schedule your private group ground transfers between the airport and the resort.

LAND CANCELLATION PENALTIES

• If canceled on or before March 11, 2026.……....….Penalty of $100 pp  
• If canceled between March 12-April 20, 2026..….Penalty of $100 pp + 1 nt. Penalty pp  
• If canceled between April 21-May 20, 2026…..….Penalty of $100 pp + 2 nt. Penalty pp  
• If canceled on or after May 21, 2026…..……….......100% Penalty – No Refund
