Deposit Information: The refundable deposit will be from $510 CAD per person depending on the current promotion at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel, the cancellation fee is $100.

Final Payment Date: Final payment is due on or before June 4th, 2027

Once Final Payment has been made, it is non refundable.

Crew Appreciation is a daily amount added to your onboard account and pooled in order to recognize the many team members throughout our fleet who contribute to the guest experience.

The daily Crew Appreciation is US $17.00* per guest per day for non-suite stateroom guests and US $19.00* per guest per day for suite guests.

The Crew Appreciation charge is paid to Holland America Line team members and represents an important part of their compensation. An 18% service charge is automatically applied to all beverage purchases, bar retail items, specialty restaurant cover charges, all for-purchase a la carte menu items, and all Spa & Salon services. Local sales taxes are applied where required.

Holland America offers a "Have It All" add on for $609CAD per person for the week. Best pricing is to book at the time of deposit as there may be some bonus upgrades for the package.

No. ‘Have It All’ is per person, so every guest in the stateroom must purchase it, and sharing is not permitted. Because “Have It All” bundles benefits that are delivered individually, it must be attached to each guest in the stateroom rather than treated as a single, shared add-on.

Yes, you can purchase ‘Have It All’ while you are on board, although buying it before your cruise is usually the best way to get the most overall value. IT WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE ONCE ONBOARD

After you are on board, the package can be added by visiting Guest Services or speaking with onboard staff, who can confirm eligibility and complete the purchase directly to your shipboard account. While pre-cruise purchase typically offers the strongest overall value, this onboard option allows you to upgrade mid-voyage if you decide you would like the added inclusions.
