• Inside 120 Days: AmaWaterways strictly reviews group inventory. Unsold space is recalled, and cancellations are subject to progressive penalties based on the cruise line’s published group matrix.
• After Final Payment: All funds paid are 100% final and non-refundable. If an unforeseen emergency arises, a travel insurance claim must be submitted.

It features up to 100% trip cancellation coverage for covered medical reasons, a $75,000 emergency medical/dental benefit, and $1,000,000 in emergency medical transportation.
  • The Travel Waiver Plus (TWP31 - Cancel For Any Reason): This is a waiver program provided directly by AmaWaterways, not an insurance policy. It gives you the ultimate flexibility to cancel your trip for any reason whatsoever up to 31 days prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit valid for 24 months. (Note: It is non-refundable, covers cruise line penalties only, and does not provide medical or post-departure benefits).

• Passport Power: Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel return date. For this sailing, your passport must not expire before February 21, 2028. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
• Name Accuracy: Reservations must be made in your FULL LEGAL NAME exactly as it appears on your passport. Any discrepancies can result in denied boarding.
• Pre-Cruise Check-In: All guests must complete their digital pre-cruise registration here upon deposit (or no later than the final payment date) to unlock early shore excursion booking and ensure smooth, on-time document delivery.
• Document Delivery: Provided full payment is received on time and your pre-cruise check-in is complete, your beautifully curated electronic travel documents, itineraries, and instructions will be emailed directly to you 3 to 4 weeks prior to sailing.
