⏳ Royal Caribbean Cancellation Policy

Royal Caribbean’s cancellation policy is based on the length of the cruise:

  • 90+ days before sailing – No cancellation charge (except for non-refundable deposits)
  • 89-75 days before sailing – 25% of total fare
  • 74-61 days before sailing – 50% of total fare
  • 60-31 days before sailing – 75% of total fare
  • 30 days or less before sailing – 100% non-refundable

🚨 Additional Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your cruise at any time after registering for your classes, there will be a $40 cancellation fee per person that will be made through a stripe link to Trips and Ships Luxury Travel. This is in addition to any cancellation charges that Royal Caribbean and Beki Haley/Bead Cruise Classes may have.

  • Trips and Ships Luxury Travel Cancellation Fee

    🚨If you cancel your cruise at any time after registering for your classes, there will be a $40 cancellation fee per person. This is in addition to any cancellation charges that Royal Caribbean and Beki Haley/Bead Cruise Classes may have.

  • Travel Insurance is Required

    If you would like to attend the 2026 Bead Cruise, travel insurance is required.  You have the following options, which you will select with your registration.

    • You may purchase the Royal Caribbean insurance
    • Purchase travel guard either with this link or ask Becki to give you a quote and help you purchase it
    • You may provide your own insurance and provide Becki with a copy of the policy

  • Trips and Ship Luxury Travel Admin Fee

    Why I Charge a $25 Admin Fee for Group Cruises

    Planning a group cruise takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work to make sure everything runs smoothly and you have an amazing, stress-free experience. The $25 admin fee helps cover the extra time and services I provide to support your trip from start to finish, including:

    ✅ Managing bookings and keeping your group organized

    ✅ Handling special requests 

    ✅ Communicating updates, deadlines, and important reminders

    ✅ Coordinating with the cruise line on your behalf and the groups behalf

    ✅ Answering questions and providing personal support throughout the process

    This small fee allows me to give you the high level of service you deserve—and helps ensure your group cruise is everything you hoped for and more!  You can pay the fee now ($25 per person) with this link or wait until you register for your classes and pay it at that time.  Thanks for your understanding.  

  • Royal Caribbean Transfers

    For your convenience, Royal Caribbean offers airport transfers to and from the ship. Please see the details below for the available options:

    1. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) Transfers:Price: $18.95 one-way or $37.90 round-trip.Requirements: You must arrive by 1:00 PM on February 21, 2026, and depart after 11:30 AM on March 1, 2026 to use this transfer.
    2. Miami International (MIA) Transfers:Price: $29.95 one-way or $59.90 round-trip.Requirements: You must arrive by 12:00 PM on February 21, 2026, and depart after 12:00 PM on March 1, 2026 to use this transfer.
