An Eze2Travel Hosted Small-Group Journey

Intentionally Small. Wonderfully Personal.

Imagine standing before the Great Pyramids or wandering through the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple with a small group of people you've come to know—taking your time to stop, look, listen, and truly take it all in.

That's what it is like to travel with us. Limited to just 12 guests, this small-group tour of Egypt is designed to feel more like traveling with friends than joining a tour. You're not simply another face in the crowd being hurried along with hundreds of other travelers.

With private transportation, carefully selected accommodations, expert Egyptologists, and a trusted local team supporting us, you can focus on being present and enjoying the adventure. Your Eze2Travel host will also be traveling alongside you, helping make the journey feel comfortable, connected, and seamless.

Our expert local Egyptologist and guides will bring the history and culture to life, while our small group allows us to experience Egypt in a more personal and meaningful way.

The Egyptian Adventure of Your Dreams

Cairo | Giza | The Nile | Luxor | The Red Sea (optional)

Our journey begins in Cairo, where ancient history and modern Egyptian life meet.

Explore the legendary pyramids of Giza and stand before the Great Sphinx. Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum and discover treasures from one of the world's greatest civilizations. Wander through Old Cairo, visit the Citadel, and experience Egyptian hospitality firsthand during a cooking experience with a local family.

From Cairo, fly south to Aswan and begin your journey along the Nile.

Visit the beautiful Philae Temple by motorboat, sail by traditional felucca to a colorful Nubian village, and settle into your 3-night Nile cruise. As the river carries you toward Luxor, you'll explore the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo while enjoying the ever-changing scenery along the banks of the Nile.

Then comes Luxor—often called the world's greatest open-air museum.

Explore the Valley of the Kings, stand before the Colossi of Memnon, and discover the magnificent temples of Hatshepsut, Karnak, and Luxor.

And when your time among the ancient wonders comes to an end, you get to chose your perfect ending:

  • One final night in Cairo - After disembarking your Nile cruise, fly to Cairo for one final overnight before your international flight home. (7 nights total)

OR

  • Three nights in Hurghada - Extend your journey with a few relaxing days along the Red Sea in Hurghada. Then fly to Cairo for one final overnight before your international flight home. (10 nights total)

More Flexibility. More Possibility.

One of the greatest advantages of traveling in a small group is the freedom it gives us. We can move more easily, spend more time when something captures our attention, and experience places in ways that aren't possible with a large tour group.

We're not tied to the pace of a crowd or moving from one place to the next simply because the schedule says so. A smaller group allows us to be more agile, flexible, and present—whether we're exploring an ancient temple, sharing a meal with a local family, sailing the Nile, or simply pausing to take in a remarkable moment.

And there's something special about experiencing it all together. We'll share the excitement of seeing the pyramids for the first time, swap stories over dinner, watch the landscape unfold along the Nile, and enjoy the little moments that often become our favorite memories.

It's not just about where we go. It's about how we experience it together.

This is your Passport to Extraordinary.

I hope you'll join us.

  • Your Journey at a Glance

    The Core Egyptian Experience | 8 Days, 7 Nights | February 16–23, 2027

Your journey begins with the Egypt you've dreamed about—the pyramids, ancient temples, royal tombs, and the timeless Nile. But along the way, you'll discover that Egypt is about much more than its ancient monuments.

    Cairo & Giza

Begin with the icons. Stand before the Great Pyramids of Giza—the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World—and come face-to-face with the Great Sphinx. Explore the Grand Egyptian Museum, walk through historic Old Cairo, and visit the Citadel overlooking the city.

You'll also experience a more personal side of Cairo during a hands-on cooking experience with a local family, sharing a traditional meal and a taste of everyday Egyptian hospitality.

    Aswan & the Nile

Travel south to Aswan and discover the beautiful Philae Temple, reached by motorboat and surrounded by the waters of the Nile. Visit a colorful Nubian village and experience a different side of Egyptian culture before settling into your Nile cruise.

Then slow down and let the river set the pace. Sail through Upper Egypt, enjoying scenic landscapes, leisurely meals, and the ever-changing life along the riverbanks.

    Edfu & Kom Ombo

Along the way, step ashore to explore two of Egypt's best-preserved ancient temples. Discover the Temple of Horus at Edfu and the unique twin temple of Kom Ombo, where the stories and beliefs of ancient Egypt are brought to life through the carvings and architecture.

    Luxor

Your journey through ancient Egypt culminates in Luxor, often called the world's greatest open-air museum.

Explore the Valley of the Kings and descend into the ancient tombs of Egypt's pharaohs, where beautifully preserved artwork and hieroglyphics offer a glimpse into their beliefs about the afterlife.

Visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, stand before the towering Colossi of Memnon, and wander among the monumental columns and carved walls of Karnak Temple.

Your exploration concludes at Luxor Temple, where more than 3,000 years of history unfold within the heart of modern Luxor.

    More Than Ancient Monuments

Throughout the journey, you'll experience Egypt through its people, food, traditions, and landscapes—not simply from behind the lens of a camera.

Share a meal with a local family. Visit a Nubian village. Sail a traditional felucca. Watch daily life unfold along the Nile. Gather with your fellow travelers over meals and conversation.

These are the moments that transform a sightseeing trip into an immersive journey—and the memories that stay with you long after you've returned home.

  • Travel Insurance Required

Travel insurance is required for all travelers on this Eze2Travel hosted group journey. This requirement is designed to protect you and your investment in the trip should the unexpected happen before or during your travels.

All payments made to Eze2Travel are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your trip for a covered reason, filing a claim with your travel insurance provider is the only way to seek reimbursement for eligible non-refundable expenses.

For your convenience, we will provide you with a travel insurance quote so you can review coverage and pricing alongside your trip investment. You are welcome to purchase that policy or choose a travel insurance provider and policy that better meets your individual needs.

Your policy should provide appropriate coverage for your trip, including trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical expenses, and medical evacuation. We strongly encourage you to review the policy details, covered reasons, exclusions, and benefit limits carefully before purchasing.

Proof of travel insurance coverage will be required for each traveler prior to departure.

Our goal is to make sure you have a plan in place to protect your investment and give you greater peace of mind while traveling with us.

  • Health & Vaccinations

No vaccinations are currently required for travelers arriving in Egypt directly from the United States. However, vaccination requirements can vary depending on your recent travel history and transit points. For example, Egypt requires proof of yellow fever vaccination for travelers arriving from countries where yellow fever transmission occurs.

The CDC recommends that travelers be up to date on routine vaccinations and consider additional vaccines, including Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and typhoid, depending on individual circumstances and travel plans.

We recommend speaking with your physician or a travel-health professional before departure to determine which vaccinations and precautions are appropriate for you. Travel requirements and health recommendations can change, so be sure to review the latest guidance before your trip.

  • Safety & Travel Considerations

Egypt is an extraordinary destination, and like any international journey, it is important to travel informed.

The U.S. Department of State currently rates Egypt Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution. The advisory identifies certain areas of the country that travelers should avoid, including Northern and Middle Sinai, border areas, and portions of the Western Desert. None of these areas are included in our itinerary.

Our journey takes place in established tourist destinations including Cairo, Giza, Aswan, the Nile, Luxor, and Hurghada, with private transportation, experienced local guides, and a dedicated destination team supporting us throughout the trip. I'll also be traveling with you as your Eze2Travel host.

As with any international travel, we encourage guests to remain aware of their surroundings, follow the guidance of our local team, and protect their personal belongings.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, including coverage for trip cancellation, emergency medical care, and medical evacuation.

Travel advisories and entry requirements can change. Current guidance should be reviewed again as we approach departure.
