The Old Town of Edinburgh: UNESCO World Heritage Site

Deep Cultural Immersion This isn't just sightseeing. It is a hands-on journey curated and led by your host Jennifer, who travels with you every step of the way. From ancient standing stones and castle walls to conversations with local guides who actually know these places, you will experience Scotland on a personal level that most travelers never reach.

Once in a Lifetime Moments Imagine standing at Culloden Battlefield as your guide brings 1746 to life. Touching stones that have stood for over 4,000 years. Building something with your own hands in an Edinburgh workshop. Sitting down to lunch on a working Scottish cashmere farm with the coast stretching out in front of you. These are the memories that stick forever.

Community and Connection Travel with like-minded women who crave genuine experiences and meaningful connection. Whether it is sharing a dram at the distillery, swapping stories over the welcome dinner, or wandering Edinburgh together on a free afternoon, the bonds you form on this trip are part of what makes it unforgettable.

Seamless Travel With 4-star hotels, private coach transportation, private local guides, and every detail thoughtfully planned, you can be fully present in the experience without worrying about the logistics. Your only job is to show up and enjoy Scotland.

A Safe and Supportive Environment This experience is curated specifically for women. Jennifer is with you throughout, not just coordinating from afar but genuinely present, creating a supportive environment where you can travel confidently, connect meaningfully, and maybe even surprise yourself a little.

  • PRICING AND PAYMENT

Land only, international airfare not included

    Double Occupancy: $5,355 per person

Bring a friend or let us pair you with another incredible woman on this journey. Either way, you're cutting the cost and doubling the connection. Most women who share a room end up making a lifelong friend. Sometimes the roommate becomes the best part of the trip.

    Single Occupancy: $7,721 per person

Your own private sanctuary at every hotel. After long days of castle walls and Highland air, retreat into your own quiet space. Perfect if you know you recharge best with a room to yourself.

    Payment Schedule

    • $300 per person non-refundable deposit due at booking to reserve your spot
    • Final payment due January 4, 2027

Payments are made directly to Europe Express via secure individual payment links. Jennifer will send you everything you need once you reserve your spot.

Important Notice Regarding Final Payment This trip requires a minimum of 15 travelers to operate. Failure to submit final payment by January 4, 2027 may result in cancellation of your booking and will jeopardize the travel plans of the entire group. No exceptions. This is why travel insurance is so strongly recommended for every traveler on this trip.

    Cancellation Policy

Jennifer knows life happens. Here is what you need to know:

    • 150 to 76 days prior to departure: $300 per person non-refundable
    • 75 to 46 days prior to departure: 80% of the land package price
    • 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the land package price

If you cancel and you were sharing a room, the single supplement may be charged to your remaining roommate. This is another reason travel insurance is so strongly recommended.

A Note on Pricing All rates are quoted in US Dollars. Currency exchange rates are locked in at time of deposit. In the unlikely event that currency fluctuates more than 3% after deposit, Europe Express reserves the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing as soon as possible.

This trip requires a minimum of 15 travelers to operate. If that minimum is not met Jennifer will notify all deposited travelers as early as possible and deposits will be refunded in full.

  • TRAVEL PROTECTION

Travel insurance is not included in the package but it is strongly recommended and Jennifer encourages every traveler to purchase a policy before departure.

Here is what travel protection can help with:

Trip Cancellation and Interruption — Reimbursement if you need to cancel or cut the trip short due to a covered reason like illness, injury or a family emergency.

Emergency Medical Coverage — Your domestic health insurance likely provides little to no coverage abroad. Travel medical insurance covers you if you get sick or injured in Scotland.

Baggage Delay or Loss — Coverage for essentials if your luggage is delayed or reimbursement if it is lost.

Travel Delays — Coverage for additional hotel nights, meals and transportation if a flight delay disrupts your plans.

24 Hour Assistance — Round the clock support to help rebook flights, locate medical care or navigate unexpected situations anywhere in the world.

A personalized travel protection quote will be sent to you within 48 hours of your booking confirmation. Please note that travelers who choose to decline travel insurance will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that decision before their booking is confirmed.
