The cost of the conference is $2,250 per person (assuming there is double occupancy) or $4,500 for a cabin. We've worked hard to create a memorable experience that will have a huge impact on your business.

Can I book myself and still attend? 

No. The price includes our room block, AV and entertainment, happy hour, and other costs related to the conference. Unfortunately, advisors who book outside of the block will not be allowed to attend any of the Tern conference events. Attendees will be given badges with their name to ensure access is limited to those that purchased through the group rate.  

Why does this cost more than other conferences? 

Many conferences in the travel industry are heavily subsidized by suppliers. It's common for suppliers to pay $30K+ for a large conference. That lowers the costs and is why most of the industry conferences are paid speaking spots from various suppliers. 

We want to do something different. We want to focus on you, your business, and the practical ways technology can level it up. That means you won't find supplier pitches on the schedule. It also means we don't have the sponsorships to cover the cost. 

Is this a working conference or a vacation? 

This is a working conference. While we expect there to be plenty of fun, our goal is to make this the highest impact event for your business you'll attend this year. We're bringing together experts in the industry with incredible content paired practical implementation guidance on how to use Tern to grow your business. We don't take the investment you're making in this conference lightly and will work tirelessly to make it worthwhile. 

How much space is there? 

We have secured a limited number of staterooms on the Brilliant Lady for this conference. Our intention is to keep this event smaller so you can maximize your learning and networking opportunities with the Tern team and your fellow colleagues. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first served basis. We have a specific block of Central Sea Terrace staterooms, your room will be assigned by Virgin Voyages. Once we sell out, a waiting list will be established. Complete the form early and be prepared to make your deposit payment immediately.

Can I use a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV)?

Unfortunately, no. The MNVV is not combinable with our Conference Rate. 

Can I book using a Travel Agent Rate?

No. Given the conference rate and the high demand for this sailing, Travel Agent Rates can not be honored for the Tern users conference. Attendees must book through the group to be included in the conference.
