Brendan AKA "B": Your Host and Travel Advisor whom is responsible for the complete set-up of the trip. I manage the bookings, questions, concerns and support all needs before and during the trips. If you need me, you can catch me at the nearest Swim-Up Bar Vibin out.

Jada: Known as our Excursion Queen. She helps the individuals within the group partner up to plan and enjoy the many excursions offered to you at our vacation destination. You will be sure to hear her Signature Call Out while on the trip.

Kam: Our Resident Photographer. He alone is responsible for all of our coordinated group photos for all of our group trips. He is also available for individual photo shoots at an additional cost if desired. You can find him with his tripod on different parts of the resort taking his "Off-Guard" pics

Rob: The Nightlife and Party Guru. Any function that takes place during our trips is planned out by him alone and it is ALWAYS a vibe. You can catch him where ever the Turn Up is posted smooth in a Section With a Bottle of 1942

1. Travelers must purchase their own airfare for the trip using the airport code PUJ for Punta Cana's International Airport. Please double check your information before booking.

All trips booked through this group offer the flexibility to set your own payment schedule. Once your deposit is secured, you are free to make payments at your convenience as long as the required payment milestones and final payment deadline are met.

This allows you to pay as frequently or as little as you'd like—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or in larger lump sums—while still staying on track with the overall payment requirements.

The only requirements are that the minimum percentage of the total trip cost is paid by the designated milestone dates and that the remaining balance is paid in full by the final payment due date.

This flexible structure is designed to make planning your trip easier while keeping your reservation secure

Below are the payment milestones that must be met:

• 30% of your invoice must be paid by May 14th, 2026
• 50% of your invoice must be paid by June 12th, 2026
• 100% of your invoice must be paid by July 10th, 2026
• Failure to meet criteria above will result in a cancellation of your booking

• The money paid towards your invoice is refundable up until May 14th, 2026 (Minus the booking fee). Purchasing travel protection will give you refund options up until the day of departure.
• The cost of the included airport transfers are included in the price but can fluctuate up until final payment date. If this occurs, your invoice will be modified to reflect those price changes.
• Higher deposits are welcome if you want to reduce the amount of your monthly payments! If you would like that option, reach of to me via text or email letting me know your desire to add an additional deposit amount.
• All payments are processed manually by the travel agent. Please allow up to 48hrs before your payment is processed.

*If you purchased travel protection, you are eligible for refund up until the date or travel. If you purchase the travel credit travel protection plan, you forfeit the ability to get a cash refund at any point of your cancellation.

• Once you have booked, you will be added to the waitlist until we can confirm inventory for you to be booked.
• You will not be charged until a room has been confirmed for you

• Final Payment date: July 10th, 2026
• Each booking will be assessed a $55 non-refundable booking fee per person that is included in the price. This cost covers services including but not limited to custom itineraries, hotels, excursions, support before and during travel, reservation management, payment processing etc. Again, This fee is non-refundable.
• For dual and triple occupancy bookings, the deposit must be paid on one card. After booking is complete, each traveler will receive their own separate invoice to manage their payments. Individual invoices can be made for married couples, or dating couples upon request.
• A $35 late fee will apply to bookings not paid in full by final payment date (As applicable)
• WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC’S Sponsored Group Trip Cancellation Fees:
  WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC reserves the right to cancel client’s group booking at any time, at discretion of Worldwide Travel House LLC. Reasons include, but not limited to:

  • Upon final payment date set by WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC, client has made no payments in addition to the initial deposit.
  • Client displays behaviors that are against the community guidelines within WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC’s group pages.
  • Client disputes a transaction.
• Full refunds will be provided up until May 14th, 2026. Any cancellation beyond this day will not be eligible for cash refund*
• Cash refunds can not be issued on bookings such as those with the Travel Protection - Travel Credit Plan; Refunds of this nature will be refunded in the form of a travel credit that is redeemable for up to 12 months. In addition, If you have purchased the Travel Protection Cash Back Plan, you will eligible for a refund up until 24hrs before departure date.

• Full refunds will be provided up until May 14th, 2026. Any cancellation beyond this day will not be eligible for cash refund*

  • Cash refunds can not be issued on bookings such as those with the Travel Protection - Travel Credit Plan; Refunds of this nature will be refunded in the form of a travel credit that is redeemable for up to 12 months. In addition, If you have purchased the Travel Protection Cash Back Plan, you will eligible for a refund up until 24hrs before departure date.

• When is the last day to pay the deposit?

  • You have up until the final payment date to pay a deposit. You will be responsible for paying the remaining balance by the final payment due date.
• Can I add or remove roommates after I've booked?

  • Yes, you can add or remove roommates at any time. Please note that refunds for removed passengers depends on the listed full refund date above.
• What If me an my roommate wants to stay different days (Split stay)?

  • When booking a split stay, book your room as normal and add your split stay request in the "Special Requests" block at the end of the booking form.
• Does the deposit have to be paid on one card?

  • For a more streamlined booking process, we require the deposit to be paid on one card and have your roommate send their portion.
• How do I cancel?

  • Reach out to your travel agent via the Tern mobile app to process your cancellation.
• What if I can't make the final payment date?

  • If you can not pay by the final payment date, your booking will be cancelled. There are extended payment plan options such as FlexPay, Affirm and Klarna for external payment plan options.
