Traveling with more than two?
Third and fourth guests are booked separately at the cruise line’s regular published rates, which may be higher than the group rate, and I’ll add them to your group cabin before final payment. Group perks apply to the first two guests in a cabin. Children are guests 12 and under at sailing. List everyone on your registration and I’ll send you a quote.

  • Pricing & Payment Details

    • The deposit is $500 per room. Pay the balance in any amount, on any schedule, until May 2, 2027. All group pricing is based on double occupancy.
    • Prices listed are for the cruise portion only and do not include shore excursions, pre-cruise hotel stays, or flights.
    • All prices are subject to change until the deposit is paid with the cruise line.
    • If you select "More Insurance Information" on the sign-up form, I’ll contact you 48 hours after your deposit about adding trip insurance.
    • Let me take care of the details so you can focus on relaxing while on vacation!
    • The pricing below is for two adults in the cabin and includes tax and port fees in the total price column.
    • Gratuities are not included in price, unless you request it.

  • ✨ How To Get Booked ✨

    1. Click "CLAIM YOUR CABIN" to begin the registration process.
    2. Complete all requested information to confirm your booking. We will not be able to process your booking without all information.
    3. After you submit your registration, you’ll go straight to checkout, where you can choose optional add-ons. They’re not required. If you’re not interested, click the (x) to remove one. If you’d like something added, let me know. Then select your cabin. The price shown is the total for 2 guests and includes all taxes and fees. Gratuities are not included.
    4. Check your email. You will immediately receive a confirmation of your registration.
    5. Within your registration confirmation email is a link to authorize your deposit payment. You must authorize your deposit within 24 hours or your courtesy hold will expire.
    6. Once you authorize your deposit, we will apply the payment directly with Royal Caribbean and your Cruise Confirmation will be uploaded into your Documents section in your Tern Account.
