Travel Insurance. Scenic requires that you take out a personal travel insurance policy, including compulsory emergency evacuation, repatriation, to cover against sickness, accident, loss of baggage and personal belongings, unexpected alterations to travel arrangements and travel disruption, emergency evacuation, and cancellation (see Scenic Terms and Conditions)

Compulsory Remote Medical Form. Scenic Eclipse does provide a well-equipped on-board medical facility with a qualified medical physician and a registered nurse. In order for Scenic to ensure your comfort and safety, they ask that you complete an online medical form. At 120 Days prior to your cruise departure date a link to the medical form will be available through Trip Personaliser. The form must be submitted no later than 90 days prior to your cruise departure and no earlier than 120 days.

• Special group pricing through New Destinations Travel is up to 71% less than Scenic's advertised full fare.

• Port charges, internal air, air tax, Icelandic infrastructure tax, are included in the above fare

• All gratuities included

• Optional pre-cruise hotel and land extension is not included

• Optional post-cruise hotel and land extension is not included

• Pricing is a group fare and is not combinable with other offers or promotions

• **Single occupancy is 200% of the per person rate (full double occupancy cabin rate applies)

• 120 days and greater = Loss of booking deposit

• 119 to 91 days = 50% of Journey Price

• 90 days and less = 100% of Journey Price

• You may also be liable to pay cancellation fees to airlines and other third parties.

• Deposit of 20% per person required to book.

• Additional payments can be made at any time.

• Final payment due September 17, 2027.
