• This trip is designed for adults aged 18 and older.

• A valid passport is required for this trip. Passports must have at least six months of validity remaining beyond your return date.
• Please ensure your passport is in good condition, as damaged or expired passports may result in denied boarding or entry at destinations.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to check and comply with visa requirements for the countries visited during the cruise.

  • Please note that we are unable to book flights using credit card points or airline miles.
  • Flights must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless you choose to use a travel financing service.

Payment Policy 💰

• Deposit: $250 per traveler, due at booking. Non-refundable.
• 180 days before departure
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due 120 days before departure

Cancellation Policy 🛑

Because of the exclusive nature of this trip, all deposits are non-refundable, 100% Land portion nonrefundable.

• 120+ days before departure: 100% refund of payments made, minus the deposit which becomes a "Future Voyage Credit"
• 119 -45 days before departure: Receive a “Future Voyage Credit” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original Voyage date.
• 44 days or less before departure: all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your Voyage.

To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. For your convenience, TripIcare partners with Chubb Insurance and Travel Insured to offer comprehensive travel protection plans. While there is no obligation to purchase through our partners, securing a policy is an important step in safeguarding your travel plans.

• Barcelona Segment:

  • Walking up to 3-5 miles daily on a mix of surfaces, including cobblestone streets, stairs, and inclines.
  • Activities like the Amazing Race-inspired tour, cooking class, and flamenco lesson require moderate physical effort but are designed to be inclusive. Running is not necessary to participate in the competition.
  • Transportation within the city may include vehicles with a few steps to board.
• Cruise Segment:

  • Ports of call often involve walking tours or optional excursions. Terrain varies by destination, with some areas featuring uneven surfaces or hilly streets (e.g., Lisbon or Tangier).
  • The cruise ship is wheelchair-friendly, offering elevators and accessible amenities throughout.

• Barcelona:

  • While many activities aim to be accessible, some locations, such as cobblestone streets and flamenco venues, may pose challenges for wheelchair users.
  • The Amazing Race activity can be adapted with guidance to accommodate mobility needs. Please inform us in advance for tailored arrangements.
• Cruise:

  • Virgin Voyages ships are fully accessible, with wheelchair-friendly cabins, elevators, and pathways.
  • Shore excursions vary in accessibility; consult with the cruise team to choose excursions suitable for your needs.
