A: Deposits for this cruise are non-refundable without travel insurance. If you cancel your booking, you will receive a travel voucher for future cruise credit with Virgin Voyages. We offer travel protection to protect your investment.

Q: Is there an option for a pre-cruise package?
A: Yes, a pre-cruise package will be available. Details, including hotel, 3 transfers, and pricing information, will be shared after May 1st. This package is designed to enhance your travel experience before we set sail.

Q: Can I finance my trip?
A: Yes! Travel financing is available through FlexPay. This option allows you to spread the cost of your cruise over time. Please contact ESD Travels for more information on how to apply.

Q: How much is the deposit, and when is it due?
A: To secure your spot and take advantage of the 10% discount, a deposit equivalent to 20% of your cabin cost is required. This deposit must be submitted by May 1st.

Q: Which cabin types are eligible for the 10% discount?
A: The 10% discount is exclusively applicable to Sea Terrace and Central Sea Terrace cabin categories. If you're booking one of these cabin types, ensure your deposit is paid by May 1st to receive this special offer.

• Booking Assistance: Guiding you through selecting and reserving your perfect cabin.

• Pre- & Post-Departure Assistance: Support and information before you leave, and while you're away.

Group Booking Policy:

Exclusive Booking Through Groups Getaways: For eligibility to receive group amenities and benefits, reservations must be made through Groups Getaways, ensuring that all aspects of the group’s needs are comprehensively addressed.

Pricing, Deposit, and Payment Policy:

 Pricing & Availability Guarantee:

The prices and availability presented by Groups Getaways are secured only after the initial deposit is fully paid. This approach guarantees your rate and availability in a fluctuating market. 

Pricing is based on the occupancy rate of the room booked. Each occupant is responsible for the total cost of their room. In the event of any changes in occupancy, the cabin rate will be adjusted accordingly. Any refunds or applicable fees will be processed and applied to the credit card we have on file.

Please note that any financial agreements or arrangements made between occupants are strictly outside the scope of ESD Travels LLC and must be resolved directly among the occupants involved.

Deposit Policy:

Deposit: 20% of Cabin Cost + $100 per person

Final Payment: June 26, 2026

Prompt payment is essential. A late fee of $50.00 will be applied for any delays, with overdue payments risking booking cancellation as if initiated by the guest.

Please note that any financial agreements or arrangements made between occupants are strictly outside the scope of ESD Travels LLC and must be resolved directly among the occupants involved.

Credit Card Authorization and Payment Plan Agreement:

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for trip transactions, requiring click or signed authorizations for each, solidifying your agreement to our terms, including cancellation policies. 
• By selecting a Payment Plan, you are authorizing all payments on the selected dates of the payment plan. Your authorization serves as an agreement for us to charge your card. Additionally, by authorizing the scheduled payments, you agree not to initiate a chargeback and accept responsibility for any associated fees.

Service Fees:

Service fees are nonrefundable and are allocated towards planning, securing, and managing personalized travel arrangements for your group. This reflects our upfront commitment of time, resources, and expertise to meet your high standards and ensures continued attention to detail and personalized care for each unique travel experience.

 Compliance with Payment and Travel Requirements:

Adherence to your Group's Payment Terms and the Travel Entry requirements of your destination is crucial. Any deviation may result in reservation cancellation, forfeiture of payments, and denial of access to travel products or services.
