What makes this special

Theory + Implementation: At most conferences everyone is using different technologies. That makes it hard to give specific advice. Sure, it's great to learn about a sale pipeline or marketing funnel, but if you're left wondering how to build it in your tools it hasn't done much good for your business, has it? Every session at the Tern conference will be focused on blending theory with practical application on how to implement best practices in your Tern environment.
1:1 Time with Tern : We're bringing a large part of the Tern team onboard and will be offering 1:1 sessions for every attendee. You can get tailored in-person advice on how to use Tern for your business.
Tern's First Ever Live Product Launch Keynote: We're working with Virgin to reserve The Manor (one of Virgin's signature event space) for Tern's first ever in-person product launch. 🤑 Pricing and Inclusions
The cost of the conference is $2,250 per person (assuming there is double occupancy) or $4,500 for a cabin. We've worked hard to create a memorable experience that will have a huge impact on your business.

- 1:1 sessions with the Tern team. Get personalized help with the Tern team during bookable 1 hour long sessions.
- $350 bar tab per cabin for spending on specialty beverages including alcoholic drinks
- $100 in sailor credit to spend anywhere on ship.

FAQs
Can I book myself and still attend?
No. The price includes our room block, AV and entertainment, happy hour, and other costs related to the conference. Unfortunately, advisors who book outside of the block will not be allowed to attend any of the Tern conference events. Attendees will be given badges with their name to ensure access is limited to those that purchased through the group rate.
Why does this cost more than other conferences?
Many conferences in the travel industry are heavily subsidized by suppliers. It's common for suppliers to pay $30K+ for a large conference. That lowers the costs and is why most of the industry conferences are paid speaking spots from various suppliers.
We want to do something different. We want to focus on you, your business, and the practical ways technology can level it up. That means you won't find supplier pitches on the schedule. It also means we don't have the sponsorships to cover the cost.
How much space is there?
We're starting relatively small. We have around 130 cabins and we're expecting them to go quickly. Reservations will be first come first serve so complete the form early and plan to make payment near the end of February.
When will reservations open up?
We're hoping soon! There are a few things we need to lock down before we can open them up.. but certainly be the end of February.
Can I use a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV)?
Unfortunately, at this time, no. The MNVV is not combinable with our Conference Rate.
Can I book using a Travel Agent Rate?
No. Given the conference rate and the high demand for this sailing, Travel Agent Rates can not be honored for the Tern users conference. Attendees must book through the group to be included in the conference.
