Southern Italy - Naples to Puglia

Feb 11 - 20, 2027

Why mid-February?

✔️ Fewer tourists

✔️ No summer heat. Highs in the 60’s (think Florida)

✔️ Comfortable for walking tours

✔️ Restaurants and attractions are far less crowded

✔️ Great weather for enjoying regional cuisine, wine tastings, and exploring historic towns

Discover the Soul of Southern Italy

Nine days. Three regions. One unforgettable journey through the heart of Italy's most authentic and breathtaking landscapes.

Start in Naples, a city of raw energy and centuries of history, where ancient ruins and vibrant street life collide. From there, venture into the magical Basilicata region to explore the otherworldly Sassi of Matera—ancient cave dwellings carved into golden stone that seem to belong to another time entirely. Continue south into Puglia's romantic heartland, where you'll wander through the baroque beauty of Lecce, taste world-class Primitivo wines in Manduria, and discover the whimsical trulli houses of Alberobello, those cone-shaped stone dwellings that look plucked from a fairytale.

Explore hidden caves beneath rolling countryside. Walk through centuries-old basilicas. Taste wines that capture the essence of the sun-drenched Adriatic. And spend leisurely time simply soaking in the rhythms of these remarkable towns, where life moves at a gentler pace and every corner offers a story worth savoring.

This isn't a race through famous sites. This is a chance to experience Southern Italy as locals do—with time to breathe, discover, and connect. February offers mild weather, fewer crowds, and the gift of authenticity.

Join us for a journey that reaches deep into the soul of Italy.
