Seamless Group Event Participation: Book through Groups Getaways to effortlessly join in on all private group events and tours, ensuring you're always part of the adventure and nothing is missed.

Secure Your Rate, Confirm Your Spot:

Your rate and room availability become secure with the completion of an initial deposit, protecting you from any changes in the market.

Pricing is based on the occupancy rate of the room booked. Each occupant is responsible for the total cost of their room. In the event of any changes in occupancy, the room rate will be adjusted accordingly. 

Deposit: $400 per Adult (Non-Refundable)

Final Payment July 10, 2026

Timely final payment ensures we can successfully organize your group’s tours and events. Delays will incur a $50.00 late fee.

More than 60 Days Before Departure: Deposit is non-refundable. No cancellation fees apply. While no additional cancellation fees apply during this period, please note that all Journey Inclusions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are secured at special group rates.

59 to 45 Days Before Departure: Your deposit is non-refundable, and a 50% cancellation penalty applies.

44 Days or Less Before Departure: The entire trip cost is 100% non-refundable.

No shows or late cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the booking and no refunds will apply.

Travel Protection is strongly encouraged and will be offered within your reservation approval.

Journey Inclusions are nonrefundable or exchangeable: Our "Journey Inclusions" are specially negotiated at advantageous group rates, creating incredible shared experiences. To maintain these exclusive rates, these components (such as tours, activities, specific meals, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the moment of your deposit.

We respect your option to wander alone, and thus your participation is optional. However, no credits or refunds will be issued if you choose not to participate. Journey inclusions are based on group rates and thus are nonrefundable at the time of deposit. If there are any activities in which you wish to opt out, please let us know 24 hours in advance.

Credit Card Authorization and Payment Plan Agreement:

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for trip transactions, requiring click or signed authorizations for each, solidifying your agreement to our terms, including cancellation policies.

By selecting a Payment Plan, you are authorizing all payments on the selected dates of the payment plan. You agree to reconfirm authorization by inserting your CVV Code each month at least 3 days prior to installment date.  Additionally, by authorizing the scheduled payments, you agree not to initiate a chargeback and accept responsibility for any associated fees.

Service Fees:

Service fees are nonrefundable and are allocated towards planning, securing, and managing personalized travel arrangements for your group. This reflects our upfront commitment of time, resources, and expertise to meet your high standards and ensures continued attention to detail and personalized care for each unique travel experience.
