Pryority Grand Tour 2027
Jun 18 - 25, 2027
June 18 – 25, 2027 | Stuttgart to Lake Como | Eight Cars
In June 2027, I'm taking a small group to Europe for a trip across some of the best roads in the world. We fly into Stuttgart, where Porsche has been building icons for over 75 years. We get a private tour of the museum & factory before we collect the keys to our own super cars. Then we drive.
Black Forest as our intro. We drive along a ridge road that runs across the mountain tops with panoramic views over the Rhine Valley into France. Wide, sweeping curves. Great tarmac. There's a glacial lake called the Mummelsee sitting right on the route, worth stopping for the view and, obviously, for the Black Forest cake.
Then south into Switzerland, through the Furka, Grimsel, and Susten passes. The Furka appeared in Goldfinger, so get your James Bond martini and tux ready. We end the day at The Chedi in Andermatt — an amazing stop with Japanese-influenced design, sitting right at the crossroads of the three passes. Our group dinner is in the Wine Library: floor-to-ceiling bottles, five courses, Swiss wine pairing. A perfect way to end the day.
Day four is the Klausen Pass to St. Moritz. Smooth, technical, and almost nobody on it. The descent into the Glarus valley is long and scenic. St. Moritz in June is a different experience than you might expect — no ski crowd, just the mountains, clean air, and some of the most dramatic scenery in the Alps. We're at the Walther Hotel in Pontresina, right at the base of the peaks. If you want to mountain bike the Engadin trails or hike up to something genuinely ridiculous, that's there. If you'd rather find a lakeside terrace and do absolutely nothing for an afternoon, that's totally possible.
Day five, the Stelvio. At 2,700 meters, it's the second-highest paved pass in the Alps. It looks exactly like every poster you've ever seen, and it's even better from the driver's seat. Once we've all had our share of the pass and collected our video proof, the road softens, you come around a bend, and Lake Como lays out before you like an oasis.
Two nights at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio. A group of car people loose on Lake Como in June is exactly as fun as it sounds. Speedboats on the water, cobblestone streets in Bellagio before the lunch crowd shows up, maybe a stop at Villa del Balbianello, which you've seen in Casino Royale and Star Wars. We do a morning driving loop of the lake on the last full day and finish with a farewell dinner on a terrace overlooking the water before departing the next day for flights home from Milan.
I've selected Audi R8 V10s, Porsche 911s, and a Cayman GT4 RS for you to choose from. We are happy to offer upgrades for those interested.
This is a private group. Eight cars. Three group dinners together, but the driving days and the rest of the evenings are yours.
