Voyage Protection may help provide coverage for certain trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical situations, baggage issues, and more. Coverage details, exclusions, and benefits vary by plan, so it is important to review all policy information carefully before making a decision.

Voyage Protection can be purchased through Virgin Voyages or through a third-party provider of your choice. Virgin Voyages Protection pricing varies based on factors such as cabin category, voyage fare, occupancy, and any additional components added to your reservation (such as flights, hotels, transfers, etc.). As a general example, Virgin Voyages Protection currently starts at approximately $175 per person for the Group Rate Sea Terrace (Balcony) Cabin based on double occupancy.

Virgin Voyages Protection may be added any time prior to final payment; however, once purchased, it becomes non-refundable after the applicable 10-day review period. Please review all terms and conditions carefully.

The I Love Travel Company (ILTC) is not an insurance provider and cannot interpret, explain, recommend, compare, or advise you regarding insurance coverage, benefits, exclusions, or whether a particular plan is appropriate for your needs. We simply make protection plans available and provide access to information from the insurance provider.

If you have questions regarding coverage, benefits, claims, exclusions, or policy terms, please contact the insurance provider directly or review the provider's official documentation before making your decision.

For our records and to document that Voyage Protection was offered, ILTC will send a separate email requesting that each guest either:

• Accept Voyage Protection coverage, or
• Decline Voyage Protection coverage

A response is required so that we may accurately document your decision regarding travel protection.

Virgin Voyage Cancellation Policy -

We recognize that we are asking you to secure your booking with a deposit by June 25, 2026 (more than a year from embarkation) and that flights are difficult to budget for this far in advance. Please note the following re-assurance as you are making plans.

• 120+ days before sailing: Within 7 days of deposit, receive a full refund. After 7 days, deposits convert to Future Voyage Credit; all other payments are refunded.

Name Change and Guest Transfer Options:

44 Days from departure date - All payments are final. You can transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage per Virgin Sailor Swap policy below.

Change names on the reservation: permissible up to 48 hours before your voyage sailing date.
