Antarctica: The Bridge Expedition
Nov 29 - Dec 10, 2027
Antarctica Fly and Cruise
I’ve wanted to take another group to Antarctica for a long time, but I had one major hang-up: The Drake Passage. Most people spend four days of their trip just to get to the ice.
We’re not doing that. We’re using the Antarctica Bridge. We board a private plane in Chile, fly over the Drake Passage for two hours, and land directly on the Peninsula. We get straight to the adventure. On the return to Chile we will get to experience the Drake Passage.
- Silver Wind: A intimate, ice-class ship that feels like a boutique hotel.
- All-In: Butlers, open bars, polar gear, and expert-led expeditions.
- Lock in your spot before the May 3rd, 2026 price increase.

You don't need to be a "hardcore" explorer to see the 7th continent. You don't need to spend two weeks away to feel the scale of this place.
This is the smartest way to do Antarctica.
Your journey begins in Santiago, Chile for an overnight stay at a luxury hotel with breakfast included. The next morning we transfer to a private airstrip to board your exclusive Silversea charter for the 3 hr 45 min flight down to Puerto Williams, Chile. Here, you will enjoy an all-inclusive stay at the southernmost hotel on earth, The Cormorant at 55 South, the adventure starts in southern Chile! The next day, we board our second private aircraft for the 1.5 hr flight to King George Island on the South Shetland Islands. You aren't embarking via a pier, we'll take you on a quick zodiac shuttle to the Silver Wind, and your expedition begins immediately. No wasted days.

Antarctica isn't just ice; it’s a sensory explosion. We’re going at the peak of the Antarctic summer to see:
- The Rookeries: Thousands of Gentoo, Chinstrap, and Adélie penguins (and yes, they are as loud and busy as you imagine).
- The Great Migration: Humpback and Minke whales breaching near the ship.
- The Predators: Leopard seals patrolling the ice floes and the unmistakable dorsal fins of Orcas.
- The Giants: Massive wandering albatrosses following our ship’s wake.

I’ve looked at a lot of ships for this. The Silver Wind is incredible because it’s a reinforced expedition vessel that doesn't feel like a cramped research lab.
- Every Room is a Suite: You get a private veranda and a butler. If you want a 2 AM snack or someone to unpack your bags so you can head to the deck, they’ve got you.
- The Food: 4 restaurants, 24-hour room service, and top-shelf bars. We’re in the middle of nowhere, but we’re eating like we’re in a major city.
- The Gear: You don't need to go out and buy a $500 parka. They give you one (to keep) and provide the boots and waterproof pants for the trip.
For The Bridge Expedition, I've secured a selection of suites specifically for our group. Take a look below at what's available, I'd love to help you find the perfect fit!

You could book this directly with a cruise line, but here’s why people travel with me:
- I read the fine print: I’ve vetted the logistics, the flight windows, and the ship so you don't have to guess if you're getting a good deal.
- Pre-Trip Prep: We’ll do group calls to talk gear, photography, and "know before you go" tips so you’re a pro before we land.
- The Community: You aren’t just a number in a cabin. We’ll have a group of familiar faces to grab a drink with every night at the Panorama Lounge to recap what we saw.
- Total Advocacy: I’m there to handle the "what-ifs." You just focus on the penguins and the views.
- Solo Traveler Friendly Pricing: If you are a solo traveler but don't want to pay for that solo supplement, we match travelers together to help your wallet.
- Fully Hosted Experience: You will have a ABM host with you to handle all the details. You can fully relax and just show up when and where your host tells you to.
5. The Deposit and Payments
I need to be direct about the timing. We have a massive window to save right now, but it’s closing fast.
The 15% Deposit: Right now, the deposit is reduced to 15%. If you choose the All-Inclusive Plus Fare, that deposit is fully refundable. You can lock in the 40% discount and the upgrade today, and if your plans change later, you aren't trapped.
May 3rd: Our exclusive group pricing changes to the standard rate. You want to make sure to get booked before this happens!

I hate hidden fees. This fare is Door-to-Door All-Inclusive:
- ✔️ Private charter flights
- ✔️ All-suite accommodation + butler service
- ✔️ All meals, fine wines, and premium spirits
- ✔️ Every Zodiac tour, shore landing, and kayak outing
- ✔️ Your own polar parka, plus boots/trousers for use
- ✔️ All transfers, port fees, and staff tips

- "How cold is it?" During the Antarctic summer, it’s usually between 28°F and 40°F. If you can handle a winter day in New York or Chicago, you can handle this.
- "Is there Wi-Fi?" Yes, Silversea has Starlink internet. It’s remarkably fast, so you can send photos home in real-time.
- "Do I need to be an athlete?" Not at all. As long as you can step into a sturdy rubber boat (with plenty of help from the crew), you’re good to go.
- "Is it really all-inclusive?" Yes. From the champagne in your suite to the specialized polar boots we lend you, your wallet can stay in the safe.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to book the big one, this is it. Antarctica is one of the few places left that actually changes how you look at the world. It’s quiet, it’s raw, and it’s unforgettable.
Jump on it now before the prices jump—let’s get you to the ice.
