A deposit of USD $500 per person is required to confirm your reservation. It is non-refundable at any point.

• 121+ days before departure: All payments (except the full $500 deposit) are refundable
• 120–91 days: The full deposit + 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable
• 90–61 days: The full deposit + 75% of the total trip cost is non-refundable
• 60 days or less: 100% of the tour price is non-refundable

Important Notes:

No refunds are available for unused portions of the trip once it has begun.

The remaining balance must be received no later than December 15, 2026

I strongly recommend and REQUIRE purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, ideally with “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage, to protect against unforeseen events and your investment. CFAR insurance needs to be purchased within 14 days of your deposit.

Do’s & Don’ts for Guests

This sets clear etiquette and expectations for participants:

- Respect winery staff, property, and schedule (punctuality).

- Pace yourself during tastings; water and spittoons are always available-

- Stay hydrated and eat during meals/lunches.

- Follow dress code: smart casual for bodega visits, business casual for Michelin dinners.

- Comfortable shoes for vineyard walking.

- Always carry identification and an insurance card.

Don’ts:

- Do not drive rental cars after tastings.

- Avoid excessive perfume/cologne that interferes with tasting.

- No disruptive behavior during educational sessions or winery tours.

- Avoid asking for “extra pours” unless offered by the estate.

- Do not bring outside food/drink into wineries or fine dining restaurants.

This program includes visits to wineries and restaurants where wine and other alcoholic beverages will be served. Participation in tastings is optional. Guests are expected to consume responsibly and must be of legal drinking age (18+ in France). Lillian Cedeno, LC Signature Travel and its partners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption. We encourage moderation and safe enjoyment of all experiences

Liability Waiver/Disclaimer:

By booking this wine tour, guests acknowledge that alcohol will be served and consumed. Participants must be of legal drinking age and understand that LC Signature Travel and Lillian Cedeno assume no responsibility or liability for any consequences related to alcohol consumption, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, health issues, or personal conduct. All participants attend at their own risk.

-Organizers not liable for theft, personal loss, injury, or missed flights/connections/transfers.

-Organizers are not responsible for weather, missed activities due to weather, and/or supplier issues

-Organizers are not responsible for itinerary changes. Experiences may be adjusted while maintaining overall quality.

-Timely arrival for all flights and transfers is the traveler's responsibility. Any participant who misses a connection must secure alternative transportation at their own expense to ensure they reach the group’s scheduled destination on time.
