Sailing Toward Better Financial Conversations

Jan 24 - 31, 2027

CE at Sea for Financial Professionals

What if earning your continuing education felt like a vacation instead of another item on your to-do list?

Join fellow financial professionals aboard Norwegian Cruise Line's Epic for a one-of-a-kind learning experience where meaningful education, better financial conversations, and Caribbean relaxation come together. Coaching Capability and Andi Wrenn invite you to attend this unique opportunity to learn, connect, and recharge.

Whether you've been studying behavioral finance for years or you're simply curious about why people make the financial choices they do, this experience is designed for you. Bring your curiosity, your professional expertise, and your own financial journey. Together, we'll discover how understanding human behavior can strengthen the way we connect with and serve our clients.

We've arranged group rates for this Caribbean sailing departing January 24th, and you'll visit some of the most beautiful ports in the region—from the pristine beaches of Great Stirrup Cay to the vibrant culture of Cozumel. You'll visit beautiful ports, enjoy incredible dining and entertainment, and still have plenty of time to relax with family, reconnect with colleagues, or build new friendships with professionals from across the country.

During the cruise you'll earn 14 continuing education credits or at least 40 experience hours toward certification while participating in engaging discussions, interactive behavioral finance courses, and a collaborative book study. Most of the reading and workbook activities are completed before we sail for book study, allowing our time together to focus on conversation rather than lectures.

Whether you come with your family, your office team, or travel on your own, you'll return home with practical ideas for your clients, a stronger professional network, and memories that will last long after the ship returns to port.

Full Itinerary

  • What's Included

Your week aboard Norwegian Epic includes your cabin, all meals, entertainment, and access to the ship's activities and amenities. Daily activities range from fitness classes and cooking demonstrations to comedy shows and live music. You'll have plenty of time to relax on deck, enjoy the spa, or try something new. Gratuities are not included but are customary on cruises.

  • Ports of Call

We'll visit five ports over the seven-night sailing. Great Stirrup Cay is Norwegian Cruise Line's private island—perfect for swimming and water activities. In Ocho Rios, Jamaica, you can explore waterfalls and local markets. Georgetown in Grand Cayman offers stunning beaches and excellent shopping. And Cozumel is known for world-class diving and snorkeling, though there's plenty to enjoy on shore too. You'll have sea days to simply relax and enjoy onboard life.

  • Your Cabin Options

We're offering two cabin categories. Inside cabins are our most affordable option and give you more budget to spend on dining, activities, or your favorite onboard bar. Balcony cabins let you wake up to ocean views and have your own private space to unwind—they're especially nice if you want to start your mornings with a cup of coffee overlooking the water.

  • Pricing

For this cruise we have special group rates available:

    • Balcony Cabin: $1,104.55 per person
    • Inside Cabin: $857.55 per person

These are our group rates for this sailings, however other room types are available. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. A $250 deposit is required to secure your cabin, with the balance due September 26, 2026

If you have a CruiseNext of CruiseFirst certificates with Norwegian they can be applied to your reservation.

Registration Fees for each CE at Sea will be $250 per attendee.

  • Travel Protection

We recommend cruise travel protection to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. You'll have the option to add this during checkout.

  • Travel Documents and Requirements

Since this cruise departs and returns to Port Canaveral, U.S. citizens have a couple of options. You'll need either a valid passport with 6 months of validity past the last day of the cruise, or a state-certified birth certificate plus a government-issued photo ID. Minors under 16 don't need the photo ID if you have their birth certificate.

That said, it is strongly recommended everyone get a passport, even though it's not strictly required for this itinerary. Here's why: if you miss the ship at departure, need to leave early from a port, or if any of the Caribbean destinations change their entry requirements, you'll need a passport to travel internationally. It's one less thing to worry about.

If you're a non-U.S. citizen or don't have U.S. citizenship, reach out and we'll figure out what documents you need.

  • Have more questions?

Have questions about cabin types, ports, what to pack, or what's included? Reach out—I'm happy to walk you through it. Once you're ready to book, just note them on your sign-up form and Gordon will connect with you.
