    Day 1 – Marrakech Arrival
Welcome to Morocco! Meet your group and explore the vibrant medina.

Day 2 – Into the Atlas Mountains
Journey to the remote village of Bou Tharar (approx 7 hrs) and enjoy warm hospitality, a tasty traditional meal on arrival and stay in a beautiful terra cotta gitte (rural guesthouse).

Day 3 – Trek Begins - Bou Tharar to Agouti (approx 5-6 hours)
Today you’ll begin your trek with a scenic 5–6 hour hike from Bou Tharar to Agouti, guided by Mama Bia—the region’s first female trekking guide—who brings the landscape to life through stories of her nomadic past. Along the way, pass through traditional villages and connect with locals before ending the day with a hands-on Moroccan cooking experience, learning to prepare regional specialties.

    Day 4 – Gorges & Craft Traditions
Hike 5–6 hours through the dramatic red landscapes of Agouti Gorge, crossing rivers along the way as you journey to Amejgag. Upon arrival, visit a women’s weaving cooperative, learn traditional techniques, and explore the village’s unique architecture.

    Day 5 – Mountain Life & Culture
Start the day with a traditional Moroccan breakfast and learn to make fresh khobz (local bread). Then continue trekking through the Atlas landscapes, crossing hills and climbing to the Tissardan pass for stunning views over the M’Goun Valley. Descend into Issoumar village, where the day ends with storytelling, music, and a warm cultural exchange with local women.

    Day 6 – Farm Life & Celebration
Hike along the M’Goun River back to Bou Tharar, passing local farms and daily village life. After visiting a traditional farm and learning age-old techniques, unwind before an unforgettable evening—dress in traditional attire, enjoy henna and makeup, and celebrate with a joyful Amazigh-style wedding feast and farewell dinner.

Day 7 – Return to Marrakech
Travel back to Marrakech, stopping en route to explore the iconic Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO-listed mudbrick village famous for its cinematic history.
