The Journey
This isn’t a quick lap around the usual islands. Over two weeks we’ll travel from the lush Society Islands out to the remote Marquesas, a part of the South Pacific few travelers ever reach. Then we’ll come back for a postcard-perfect finale.
- Papeete, Tahiti: We board and sail away into the evening.
- Raiatea (overnight): The sacred heart of Polynesian culture and the legendary launching point of the great voyaging canoes. With an overnight here, there’s time to really settle in.
- Motu Taha’a: Vanilla plantations, coral gardens and that classic turquoise lagoon.
- Fakarava: A UNESCO-protected atoll in the Tuamotus with some of the most pristine snorkeling and diving waters on Earth.
- The Marquesas (Fatu Hiva, Nuku Hiva and Tahuata): Wild, dramatic and wonderfully untouched. Expect towering cliffs, ancient stone tiki, master carvers, and the islands that captivated Gauguin and Melville.
- Rangiroa: One of the largest atolls in the world, where we might see dolphins, manta rays and reef sharks.
- Huahine: The quiet, unspoiled “secret garden” of the Society Islands.
- Bora Bora: Need I say more? We stay into the evening, so you get sunset over Mount Otemanu.
- Moorea: Serene bays and soaring peaks for our last island day before we return to Papeete.
Three relaxing sea days are woven in, so you can spend time at the spa, linger over lunch, or just watch the Pacific roll by. And one fun bonus: 2028 is a leap year, so you’ll spend February 29th sailing the South Pacific. That’s a free extra day in paradise.
The Ship: Silver Whisper
With just 392 guests and 302 crew, Silver Whisper has close to one crew member for every guest. You’ll feel that level of care from the moment you step aboard. Her small size is exactly why she can reach the far-flung islands that larger ships simply can’t.
You’ll have your choice of four restaurants. La Dame offers refined French tasting menus. La Terrazza serves handmade pasta and Italian classics. The Grill is a poolside favorite for steaks and seafood under the stars. The Restaurant’s menu changes daily with flavors inspired by the islands. Between meals there’s the Panorama Lounge with piano music and sweeping views, a serene Observation Lounge on the top deck, the Zagara Spa, and an elegant Show Lounge for evening entertainment.
All-Inclusive
Every suite on board is a true suite, and every guest is looked after by a personal butler. Your fare includes:
- Butler service, plus daily housekeeping and turndown
- All dining, plus fine wines, spirits and beverages throughout the ship
- An in-suite bar stocked to your preferences
- Gratuities, port fees and taxes
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Onboard entertainment, the fitness center and spa facilities
