Payment timeline is as follows:

Deposit: Includes partial payment for land and tour arrangements, non refundable. Deposit is due upon booking for all travelers.

Final Balance Due: No later than 90 days before trip start date.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and shall be effective on the date of actual receipt by the supplier.

This cost includes:

- 2 nights luxury accommodations

• 2 breakfasts (buffet breakfast), 1 lunch

- Services of an expert guide from 9am – 5pm

- Car & driver service

- Entrance fees to all tourist sites (as listed on the itinerary)

- City and hotel taxes

This cost does not include:

- Domestic or International airfare, visa processing fees, travel insurance

- Personal expenses such as spa & medical treatments, alcoholic beverages, imported mineral waters,

excess luggage fees, telephone charges, room service and laundry charges

- Gratuities to the local guide and driver- Optional lectures and performances

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
