Travel Overview

• The resort is Dreams Jade Resort & Spa (all-inclusive beachfront resort in Cancun, Mexico)
• The recommended travel dates are December 19–23, 2027 (minimum 3-night stay required)
• Guests may extend their stay (indicate dates on the booking form for confirmation)
• Flights must be booked independently (airport code: CUN)

Payment Schedule

• $250 per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due at time of booking (March 19, 2027)
• August 2, 2027: Final balance due

Cancellation Policy

• Time of booking – August 2, 2027: $250 per person penalty
• After August 2, 2027: 100% penalty
• (Penalties waived for those with travel insurance)

Travel Insurance

• Optional and selected on the booking form
• Processed at the same time as the deposit
• “Cancel for any reason” policy (full refund minus insurance cost)
• Must be added at time of booking (cannot be added or removed later)

Changes to Your Reservation

• $50 service fee per change after confirmation
• No changes allowed after final payment deadline

Flights

• Book flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN)
• Roundtrip airport transfers included only if flight details are submitted by October 19, 2027
• Instructions for submitting flight details will be provided

Passport Reminder

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return date
• Please check expiration date in advance

• Unlimited gourmet dining including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
• Multiple restaurants and bars (no reservations required at most venues)
• Unlimited top-shelf alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• 24-hour room service
• Luxurious suites with complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and daily refreshed mini-bar
• Daily daytime activities and nightly entertainment
• Multiple pools and beachfront access with lounge chairs and service
• Non-motorized water sports

• Spacious suites with private furnished balcony or terrace
• One king or two double beds (based on request and availability)
• Fully stocked mini-bar refreshed daily
• Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV
• In-room safe and coffee maker
• Bathroom with hydrotub, rain shower, hair dryer, and luxury bath amenities
• 24-hour room service

• Within 72 business hours, our team will manually review and confirm your reservation. At that point, you'll receive a confirmation to add your payment details and authorize the deposit.
