Your stay is at the 5-star Hôtel La Caserne Chanzy, a former firehouse converted into a luxury boutique hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Reims, steps from the famous Reims Cathedral.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit of USD $1,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. $500 of this deposit is non-refundable at any point.
- More than 120 days before departure: All payments (except the full $1,000 deposit)
are refundable.
- 60–120 days before departure: The full deposit + 50% of the remaining balance is non-
refundable.
- Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.
Important Notes:
No refunds are available for unused portions of the trip once it has begun.
The remaining balance must be received no later than April 1, 2026

Alessandra is the Co-Founder and Director of Wine Education at Florida Wine Academy, an international wine educator, and an official Bordeaux tutor. She has traveled to Bordeaux every year since 2015, developing a deep passion and knowledge of the region, and has been a certified Bordeaux educator since 2019. Alessandra has led tastings, classes, and seminars worldwide, specializing in Bordeaux, Champagne, Rioja, and Italian wines. She is recognized for blending rigorous academic expertise with an approachable teaching style, guiding enthusiasts and professionals alike in their wine journey.

Do’s & Don’ts for Guests
This sets clear etiquette and expectations for participants:
- Respect winery staff, property, and schedule (punctuality).
- Pace yourself during tastings; water and spittoons always available-
- Stay hydrated and eat during meals/lunches.
- Follow dress code: smart casual for Château visits, business casual for Michelin dinners.
- Comfortable shoes for vineyard walking.
- Always carry identification and insurance card.
Don’ts:
- Do not drive rental cars after tastings.
- Avoid excessive perfume/cologne that interferes with tasting.
- No disruptive behavior during educational sessions or winery tours.
- Avoid asking for “extra pours” unless offered by the estate.
- Do not bring outside food/drink into wineries or fine dining restaurants.
