How do I secure my spot?
A $250 per-person deposit holds your place. Final balance is due by June 17, 2026.

What if my group size changes?
Rates adjust to the tier matching your final headcount up to 95 days before departure—no surprises.

Can I switch to a single room later?
Yes—subject to availability. Simply add the $812 supplement to your rate.

What are the payment plan details?
Choose between equal monthly payments or payments every two months. We’ll send an easy schedule once you book.

Can I book optional excursions on the spot?
Yes—Capri grotto cruises and private transfers can be added locally (subject to availability and extra fees).

What’s the cancellation policy?

• > 95 days before departure: Full refund of final balance (deposit non-refundable)
• 94–30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
• < 30 days before departure: No refund available

Is travel insurance mandatory?
Not mandatory, but we strongly encourage it to protect your investment against interruption, medical emergencies, evacuations, and pandemic developments.
