• Flights on board the two helicopters and submersible experiences are at additional cost, subject to availability and regulatory approval, weight restrictions, medical approval, weather and ice conditions. Helicopters are unable to operate in Greenland. Stand-up paddleboards cannot operate in the Arctic.

• Airfare external to the Scenic itinerary (your flights to Reykjavik and from Copenhagen)

• Transportation not included in the Scenic itinerary (see Scenic Terms and Conditions)

• REQUIRED Travel insurance. Scenic requires that you take out a personal travel insurance policy, including compulsory emergency evacuation, repatriation, to cover against sickness, accident, loss of baggage and personal belongings, unexpected alterations to travel arrangements and travel disruption, emergency evacuation, and cancellation (see Scenic Terms and Conditions)

Scenic Eclipse does provide a well-equipped on-board medical facility with a qualified medical physician and a registered nurse. In order for Scenic to ensure your comfort and safety, they ask that you complete an online medical form. At 120 Days prior to your cruise departure date a link to the medical form will be available through Trip Personaliser. The form must be submitted no later than 90 days prior to your cruise departure and no earlier than 120 days.

• Special group pricing through New Destinations Travel from $9,060 – $14,184 per person, double occupancy

• Port charges, internal air, air tax, Icelandic infrastructure tax, are included in the above fare

• Pricing is a group fare and is not combinable with other offers or promotions

• Single occupancy is 200% of the per person rate (full double occupancy cabin rate applies)

• 120 days and greater = Loss of booking deposit

• 119 to 91 days = 50% of Journey Price

• 90 days and less = 100% of Journey Price

• You may also be liable to pay cancellation fees to airlines and other third parties.

• Deposit of 20% per person required to book.
