    • Initial Deposit of $100 per person (plus insurance, if applicable) due by June 1, 2026
    • 2nd deposit of $500 per person due by September 1, 2026
    • Final Payment Due by December 1, 2026
    • Flight Itineraries due by February 1, 2027

  • Flights

    Flights are not included in your travel package and must be purchased separately.

    • Please book your flights into CUN – Cancun International Airport.
    • Once your flights are confirmed, remember to send us a copy of your itinerary. This is required so we can schedule your private group ground transfers between the airport and the resort.
    • If you’d like assistance with booking flights to Cancun, we’re happy to help upon request.

    Flight itineraries are due by February 1, 2027

  • Group Cancellation Terms

    LAND CANCELLATION PENALTIES

    • If canceled on or before Oct. 16, 2026.…….......Penalty of $100 pp  
    • If canceled between Oct. 17-Dec. 5, 2026....….Penalty of $100 pp + 25% of cxl'd room nts  
    • If canceled between Dec. 6-Jan. 4, 2027…...….Penalty of $100 pp + 50% of cxl'd room nts 
    • If canceled on or after Jan. 5, 2027…..………......100% Penalty – No Refund
