• Single Occupancy: $ 5,100 USD per person

Group Size and Minimum Requirement
This trip is designed for a group of 12-25 travelers. The trip will proceed only if a minimum of 12 participants is reached. If the minimum is not met, the trip will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Included in the Price

• Accommodation: 4-night stay at Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza 4*, Sevilla (Standard room with breakfast included).
• Private Transportation: Private vehicle with driver for all scheduled tours and transfers.
• Tours and Experiences: Private expert-led tours and tastings at wineries in Andalucía.
• Meals: Gourmet experiences with wine pairings, including a contemporary Andalusian tasting menu at El Pintón, lunch at prestigious wineries, and the option for a Michelin-starred lunch at Código de Barras in Cádiz.

Optional Enhancements:

• Upgraded room: $ 780 USD per room. These upgraded rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early booking to secure your preferred accommodation.
• Michelin-Starred Lunch at Código de Barras: $290 USD per person. Indulge in a curated tasting menu with wine pairings at one of Cádiz’s most acclaimed restaurants.
• Private prearranged transfer to/from the airport or train: $125 USD per transfer (up to 6 people)

The itinerary may be adjusted but will offer equivalent or higher quality experiences.

Booking and Payment Policy

• A non-refundable microdeposit of $100 USD per room is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This cost will be applied toward the final balance of your trip.  If the trip is cancelled, you can apply this deposit towards any future itinerary with Vacationeeze.
• $1650 USD Deposit due by Monday, October 20th. 
• Final Payment (remaining balance) due Friday, December 5th. 
• Cancellation policy: All amounts paid are non-refundable. All cancellations are non refundable and result in the forfeiture of any payments made. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against loss in unforeseen circumstances.

Health and Mobility Considerations
Participants should be in good physical condition as some activities require moderate walking. If you have mobility restrictions or need special accommodations, please inform us in advance.

Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events, is not included in this package. Please let us know when booking if you'd like a quote for travel protection coverage.

Weather Conditions
Weather may impact outdoor activities. In case of adverse weather, alternative arrangements will be made.
