COCO Marie Hair has secured a room block for September 17 through September 20, 2026 at a discounted rate! To receive this discounted rate, you must book through our dedicated agency, Susan's Travel Services.
The MINIMUM night requirement is 3 nights.
The taxes and fees are included in this price.Availability is on a first come, first serve basis, so please book your room as soon as possible.
We can book dates and categories outside of the block! Please note, however, that dates and categories outside of the room block will be submitted to the hotel for approval. Please reach out via email with any questions.

STEP ONE | SUBMIT BOOKING FORM
Click the "Book Now" button at the top right of this page to get started. You'll be asked to provide the travelers names and birthdates, as well as the reservation. You'll be asked to provide the guest names and birthdates, as well as the reservation dates and room category you'd like to book.Be sure to fill in your names EXACTLY as they are in your passport.
- Deposit amount is $200 USD per room (based of double occupancy) OR $100 per person (if you have more than 2 in your room).
- PLEASE NOTE: your deposit will NOT be charged upon registration form submission; we require the invoice approval (sent upon confirmation of reservation) to be signed and the authorization to be submitted for the payment to be processed and your room secured.
STEP TWO | CONFIRMATION & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You'll receive a confirmation via email once our agency has received the confirmation that your room has been reserved.If your reservation contains elements that are outside of the block (including but not limited to dates, occupancy, room category and bedding), your booking will require manual approval from the hotel. This approval may take anywhere between 1-5 business days to receive.
Once we've received the confirmation that your room has been reserved, you'll receive an email containing the terms and conditions link for your booking. Please review the room details, as well as the terms and conditions for your room that include payment dates, the cancellation and change policy. You will also receive the itinerary with the payment authorization form.
STEP THREE | TERN ACCOUNT
We know... another account, username and password you need to set up. BUT, this makes the process from booking to travel much easier! You'll receive LIVE updates on your booking, whether that's changes to the reservation (which you request through the app as well!), submit and view payments, see your remaining balance and how much you've already paid towards your booking, AND it acts as your itinerary throughout your travel! You'll be familiar and comfortable with the layout of your itinerary. You'll have all of your confirmation documents and numbers, flight details, transportation and more accessible so that you won't have to dig through your emails at any time.You'll have all of the details we have for your booking, all at your fingertips, 24/7.
We will send the link to set up your tern account after we've connected with you!
STEP FOUR | INSURANCE & DEPOSIT
Insurance
On the booking form you will have the option to request quote for insurance. Insurance cost is based off your total cost. If you select to receive quote with insurance, I will provide you with a quote of the two options that are offered.
After we receive your signed terms and conditions back, decision on insurance, as well as your payment authorization, we will process your payment as selected on the registration form, with the minimum deposit being $200.00 USD (or $100 per person if have more than 3 in room) + the cost of insurance if you decide to add that.STEP FIVE | PAYMENTS
After you've created your Tern account, you'll have access to the app! You can submit payments directly through that app, or through the website, at any time.JUNE 1st, 2026: Room must be booked & deposited
JUNE 1st, 2026: 2 nights due
JULY 1st, 2026: FINAL payment is due
- Final payments will not be processed automatically.
- Please note that late fees and/or cancellation of your reservation may apply if final payment is not submitted on time, based upon supplier policies.
Passport Information
Make sure that you know where they are and ensure that your NAME and DATE OF BIRTH match your ID.
If you need to make any changes, please do so as soon as you can. This is imperative in being allowed to board your plane, as well as safety and ease while you are in different country, as well as ensuring that your return home is as safe, quick and efficient as possible.
Please confirm they are valid until MARCH, 2027!
Flights
You will fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN)
We find that everyone booking their own airfare seems to be the easiest when guests are coming from all over the country. This allows you to use airline points or watch flights as airfare can fluctuate from week to week.
We recommend checking GoogleFlights or the Hopper app to look at a variety of flight options. You also can select watch this flight and it will notify you if that pricing goes down.

Transportation
The retreat ticket you purchased through COCO Marie Hair includes transportation to and from the Cancún International Airport.
As soon as you book your flight please email over all your details to Haley Beaver (haley@susanstravelservices.com.
Your airfare MUST be sent to Haley by August 20th, 2026. If you do not provide your airfare details transportation will NOT be booked for you and you will be responsible for getting that yourself.
Transportation details will be sent 14 days prior to departure.
Transportation will be private for COCO Marie Hair. If there are other salon owners, stylists, or educators with similar flight details you will be put together on a larger vehicle but vehicles will ONLY have guests attending COCO Marie Retreat
Cancellation FEE Schedule
CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE:
After JUNE 1st, 2026 Deposit and 2 nights becomes NON-REFUNDABLE***Please note, this is why we highly suggest adding insurance to your reservation. If you have insurance on your reservation you are able to cancel up until 48 hours before.
***If you have insurance and are cancelling for any covered reason, you can file a claim for reimbursement. Please see your insurance policy for more details.INSURANCE CLAIMS
Cancellations with travel insurance require filing a claim to receive a refund and is at the discretion of the insurance agency alone. For insurance claims, no refunds shall be issued by Susan's Travel Services or Classic Custom Vacations to remain compliant with the insurance agency policies. This ensures that your claim go through correctly with the insurance agency.
Susan's Travel Services is not an agent of the Hotel and has no control over refund policies and other rules mandated by the Hotel
FAQ's
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes. We offer “Cancel for ANY reason” insurance with your room block if you are a US resident. It is the only insurance that will cover COVID! It covers cancellation up to 48 hours BEFORE you travel and you get back 75% of the cost of the trip. If not, we also sell insurance that is canceled for "covered reason" insurance, which you will have to submit a claim in order to receive reimbursement. Please note, insurance must be added at deposit.
CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM?
Yes. You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.
The FINAL day to make any adjustments to your room is 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE, and requests must be made in writing via email, as well as submitting a completed change request form. Change requests cannot be processed until the signed change form is submitted to us.
CAN I SWITCH THE PERSON IN MY ROOM
Yes. Please send us an email containing the name of the guest to be removed along with the name of the new guest (as it appears on their passport), their birthday, and email address. We will then send you a change form to fill out to authorize the change.
Once we have this information and request in writing and your signed change request form back, we will make the adjustment.
OH NO! SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you can’t make it anymore, please send an email to us as soon as you know (we MUST have this in writing). Please inform us of your need and request to cancel your reservation. We will send you the cancellation request form and require that to be returned to us as soon as possible. Once we receive that back, we will send the notice over to the hotel. Upon approval from the hotel of cancellation, we will send you an email with confirmation.
If you cancel before JUNE 1st you will receive a refund minus insurance (if you have it). Retreat tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. For cancellations after JUNE 1st see the cancellation fee schedule in the Cancellation Policy section above.
ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS
You will receive your electronic documents for travel approximately 1 month before your departure date.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?
Any and all changes must be requested no less than 45 days prior to your departure (unless you have insurance).
These changes include (but are not limited to):
- Name changes
- Date changes (extensions, removing nights, etc.)
- Adding or removing passengers from your reservation
- Booking an extra room
- Etc.
