Comprehensive travel insurance is important. Unexpected events, from medical emergencies to travel delays can occur, and robust insurance coverage provides invaluable peace of mind. This includes critical benefits like medical coverage outside of the U.S., which most domestic health insurance plans do not provide.
Please note that due to the inherent risks involved with international travel without insurance, we will require you to sign off on accepting or declining travel insurance coverage.    

Entry Requirements

Before any international adventure, it's crucial to understand and fulfill the necessary entry requirements for your chosen destinations. Travelers are solely responsible for reviewing specific entry requirements and visa regulations. For U.S. citizens, comprehensive information can be found on the U.S. Department of State's website. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please consult your local consulate or embassy to ascertain any entry requirements for your nationality.  For Italy, this involves an Electronic Travel Authorization which I will share more information on.

Passport Validity

For all international travel, I strongly recommend that every traveler possesses a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity beyond your planned return date. 

This is easiest to complete on a desktop computer, and you’ll want your passport handy. If you can scan and save your passport before you start, it’ll make the process even quicker.

3. Flights + Pre/Post Travel

Let us know on the form if you’d like help with flights or want to add extra days before or after the tour.

4. Submit Your Form

Once everything looks right, go ahead and submit.

5. Confirm Your Email

You’ll instantly receive an email to verify your address. Follow the prompts to confirm.

6. Approve Your Itinerary

We’ll send over your itinerary for approval so we can make sure we’re all aligned.

7. Booking Confirmation

After approval, you'll receive an email to authorize your deposit: $250 per person.

8. Final Payment

Your final payment will be due February 12, 2027
