About Your Workshop Facilitators:
Eric Anderson is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker, facilitator, and consultant with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and organizations perform at their highest level. He has presented in all 50 U.S. states and across the globe, including Finland, Singapore, Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Philippines, and Europe.
Raised in Oklahoma, Eric worked for the Oklahoma State University football program and began his career as a teacher. In 1996, he founded E.R. Anderson and Associates, providing workshops, keynote presentations, coaching, and organizational consulting. He is recognized as one of the Top 50 speakers and facilitators globally and has completed prestigious programs in negotiation and strategic planning.
Eric specializes in system design, systemic change, systemic implementation, and helping organizations become learning organizations, creating environments that promote continuous growth, innovation, and high performance.
Cathy Criado is the founder and principal broker of Criado Realty and a full-time, seasoned real estate professional serving the Greater San Antonio area. Known for her relationship-driven approach, Cathy is dedicated to building strong, long-term connections with business owners, investors, and individuals who value reliability, integrity, and high-quality representation.
Holding an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), Cathy brings a unique value-added perspective that extends beyond traditional brokerage services.
