Planning Fee: $100pp to A&ET - due at time of deposit

Following the deposit, travelers may make monthly or bimonthly payments if desired until the final payment is due.

*If you do your own Air, you will need to arrive no later than 11:00am on Day 1 of the tour. However, it is preferred that you arrive at least 1 day earlier if possible.

Transfers: Transfers are included when booking round‑trip group air to/from Dublin. We will have one group transfer upon arrival on April 28th only. If you arrive outside of the transfer time, transfers will be at an additional cost and you may miss the Day 1 experiences. (subject to change.)

Extending your trip: (before or after the tour) - If you wish to extend your trip outside of the tour, Jody can help you secure air, transfers, tours, and hotel nights (or anything else you need), along with the associated costs. We have group rates for pre-nights at the Virgin Hotel in Edinburgh for a limited time. This is our group's most desired hotel in Edinburgh. Ask Jody for details. Everyone usually arrives in Edinburgh at least 1 day before tour starts.

Group T-Shirt: These will be worn on select days throughout the trip to help make our group easily identifiable and it's great for our group pictures. If you indicate on the registration form that you’d like to purchase a group T‑shirt, you will be notified of the cost before Jody places the order in early Spring 2027. Payment is expected just before order is placed.

Details:

• You must be fit enough to meet the needs of this tour.
• You must bring someone with you if you need help during the trip. They will be charged as a traveler
• When registration opens, you will need to have your roommate secured if you are sharing a room, so both can sign up on the same day (if at all possible)
• Be sure you are ready to commit to this trip as everything is non-refundable. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended
• Air, Insurance, and Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are at an additional cost
• We can provide group air details in July 2026 (when airlines release them)
• All travelers must have a current/valid USA Passport to participate (you need to have at least 6 months left on your passport when you return home)
• Minimum 25 needed for this tour. The maximum is 30. (subject to change)
• Hotel rooms during the tour will be ROH as contracted for the group. There is a limited number of single rooms available at each hotel.
• Most everyone plans to arrive the day before the tour begins. This is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Please indicate on your registration form.

Important Fitness & Mobility Notice

This itinerary is considered active. Travelers must be able to comfortably keep pace with the group throughout the day. Activities may include but are not limited to:

• Moderate walking
• Hills and inclines
• Uneven and rugged surfaces
• Getting on and off the motor coach multiple times per day
• Hotels / Restaurants and others with some stairs

*Your ability to independently meet these physical requirements is essential for your safety and for maintaining the overall flow of the group experience.
