Fill out the form for all guests in your room and add any special requests that you may have. We will hold your room and send an invoice approval, outlining the Terms & Conditions for this group reservation. Review the invoice to ensure all guest information and room information is correct and approve. A payment authorization link will be provided at that time to collect your room deposit. Once payment is submitted, it is manually processed by Have Ring, Will Travel and may not show up on your statement for 3-5 business days. Payments submitted after 12pm CST will begin to be processed the following business day.
