We at Signature Weddings Away a division of ESD Travels are thrilled to assist in curating your group travel experience, ensuring it remains memorable and seamless from start to finish. To facilitate this journey, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following important policies:

Minimum Stay Requirement: To enjoy a full and enriching experience with your group, a stay of at least three (3) nights is required.

Seamless Group Event Participation: Book through Signature Weddings Away to effortlessly join in on all private group events and tours, ensuring you're always part of the adventure and nothing is missed.

Secure Your Rate, Confirm Your Spot:

Your rate and room availability become secure with the completion of an initial deposit, protecting you from any changes in the market.

Pricing is based on the occupancy rate of the room booked. Each occupant is responsible for the total cost of their room. In the event of any changes in occupancy, the room rate will be adjusted accordingly. 

Deposit Policy

Deposit: $150 per Adult Double Occupancy/ $200 Single Occupancy

Final Payment: Jan 11,2026  Timely final payment ensures we can successfully organize your group’s tours and events. Delays might incur a $50.00 fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel up to Feb 20, 2026 without penalty; Feb 21 - March 1, 2026 Penalty- Loss of Room Deposit; Beginning March 2, 2026 100% Cancellation Fee.

No shows or late cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the booking and no refunds will apply.

Credit Card Authorization and Payment Plan Agreement:

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for trip transactions, requiring click or signed authorizations for each, solidifying your agreement to our terms, including cancellation policies.

By selecting a Payment Plan, you are authorizing all payments on the selected dates of the payment plan. You agree to reconfirm authorization by inserting your CVV Code each month at least 3 days prior to installment date.  Additionally, by authorizing the scheduled payments, you agree not to initiate a chargeback and accept responsibility for any associated fees.

Service Fees:

Service fees are nonrefundable and are allocated towards planning, securing, and managing personalized travel arrangements for your group. This reflects our upfront commitment of time, resources, and expertise to meet your high standards and ensures continued attention to detail and personalized care for each unique travel experience.
