• Travel insurance: Required for all guests and available for purchase through Fellow Travelers/Dream Vacations. Guests who obtain coverage independently will be asked to provide proof of travel insurance prior to departure.

We want the booking process to be simple and transparent from the start. Here’s what to expect after you select Book Now:

1. Secure Your Place: You’ll receive a credit card authorization to submit the required deposit and secure your place on the journey.
2. Complete Your Travel Details: Once your deposit has been processed, we’ll confirm your reservation and provide any additional information needed to complete your booking.
3. Insurance: Travel insurance is required for all Fellow Travelers journeys. After your initial booking, you’ll have the option to purchase coverage through Fellow Travelers and Dream Vacations or provide proof of your own qualifying travel insurance policy. Coverage must be purchased through Fellow Travelers and Dream Vacations no later than 20 days before the first day of your journey. After that deadline, you will be responsible for obtaining coverage from a third-party provider and providing proof of qualifying travel insurance before departure.
4. Finalize Your Journey: As your departure approaches, we’ll keep you informed of payment deadlines, required travel information, and everything you need to prepare.

Passport & Visas: Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the departure date if you are traveling from outside the U.S.

Health Requirements: Update vaccinations as per CDC guidelines for the destination.

Arrival/Departure: Preferred arrival and departure airport: Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), conveniently located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs.
