Some of Alaska’s most unforgettable places lie along the coast. Others are deep in the heart of the state. This Princess Denali Explorer cruisetour brings both together, beginning with a seven night cruise from Vancouver and continuing inland to Denali National Park before concluding in Anchorage.

As we sail north, Alaska’s scenery unfolds around us: forested shores, coastal communities, snowcapped mountains and glaciers that meet the sea. Explore ports such as Ketchikan and Juneau, and enjoy remarkable days of scenic cruising, including Glacier Bay National Park. There is time to seek out an adventure ashore, watch for wildlife from the ship, or simply take in the views as the landscape changes with each day.

When the ship arrives in Whittier, our journey continues aboard Princess’s glass domed Direct-to-the-Wilderness® train. The scenic ride takes us into Alaska’s interior for two nights at Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge®, near the entrance to Denali National Park. Our stay includes the Denali Natural History Tour, a narrated introduction to the park’s landscapes, wildlife and cultural history.

The final leg takes us by motorcoach through river valleys and mountain scenery to Anchorage, where we’ll spend one night before heading home. From glaciers and coastal towns to the wide open beauty of Denali, this journey offers a fuller picture of Alaska—and the pleasure of experiencing it together.

• Day 9: Experience the included Denali Natural History Tour. Enjoy a second night at the lodge.
• Day 10: Travel by motorcoach to Anchorage for your final overnight stay.
• Day 11: Depart Anchorage for home.
