How do I book my cabin?

Start by filling out the interest form on this page. Once submitted, Stacie will reach out to schedule a quick intro call, go over cabin options, and walk you through next steps. From there we’ll verify all details, check for any active Princess promotions, and send a final invoice for your deposit.

What cabin types are available and what do they cost?

We have a range of cabin categories available in our group block, including interior staterooms, balconies, and suites. Pricing varies by cabin category and availability, and current Princess promotions may affect your final rate. Fill out the interest form and we’ll put together a personalized quote for your travel party.

How many spots are left?

We have a limited block of staterooms reserved for this group. Once those cabins are released back to general inventory we can’t guarantee space or current pricing. If you’re interested, the best time to reach out is now — locking in early gives you the most cabin options and the best available rate.

How much is the deposit and when is the final payment due?

The deposit is $250 per person at the time of booking, unless Princess is running a lower deposit promotion at the time we book. Final payment is due by April 11, 2027. You’re welcome to make payments at any time before that date — the balance just needs to be paid in full by the deadline.

Can I make payments along the way?

Absolutely. Many of our travelers set up regularly scheduled payments, while others prefer to make one or two larger payments closer to the final due date — whichever works best for you. We’ll work with whatever approach fits your budget.

What if a better price or promotion comes along after I book?

We keep an eye on Princess promotions even after you’re booked. If a deal comes up, we’ll check whether your sailing qualifies — though not every promotion applies to every itinerary or cabin category. If it does qualify, we’ll walk you through whether it’s actually worth making a change before doing anything. If you ever spot something and want us to look into it, just reach out.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. This itinerary departs from Vancouver, Canada, which means a valid passport is required for all travelers. We strongly recommend checking your expiration date now — if it needs to be renewed, it’s better to handle it early than to scramble closer to departure. Best practice it to make sure your passport is valid 6 months past your return date.

What should I expect weather-wise and what should I pack?

Alaska in July is stunning. Daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-50s to mid-70s depending on the port, but conditions can shift quickly — especially near the glaciers. Layers are your best friend.

We’ll send a full packing guide to everyone in the group closer to departure.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Princess has a standard cancellation policy that determines how much is refundable based on when you cancel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide additional protection depending on your coverage and the reason for cancellation.

Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is not included but is strongly encouraged. When we send your deposit invoice, we’ll include the option to add Princess’s cruise protection plan. Additional coverage for flights, pre-cruise hotels, and other non-cruise components can be added as we finalize those details together.

What about flights, hotels, and transfers?

Think of us as your one-stop shop for the full trip. We can help coordinate flights into Vancouver, pre-cruise hotel accommodations, shore excursions at each port, and anything else you need to make the trip seamless. If you’d like to extend your time in Alaska before or after the cruise, just let us know — we’ll build that out for you.
