Our group will stay at the ski-in/ski-out Zephyr Mountain Lodge, conveniently located at the base of Winter Park Resort. Enjoy easy access to the slopes, comfortable accommodations, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow travelers throughout the week.

Payment Schedule
- Deposit: $400 per condo (Refundable before October 1)
- Second Payment Due: November 1, 2026 (50% of remaining balance)

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is an important part of protecting both your trip and your health while traveling. There are two main options to consider. “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) offers the most flexibility, allowing you to cancel for reasons not typically covered—such as fear of travel or many weather-related concerns—but it is more expensive and usually reimburses up to 75% of your trip cost, not 100%. (It must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit) The more cost-effective option is “Cancel for Covered Reasons,” which provides full reimbursement when cancellation falls under specific situations outlined in the policy. Both options include in-destination medical coverage. Travel insurance ensures you are financially protected before and during your trip.
