• This trip is designed for adults aged 18 and older.

• A valid passport is required for this trip. Passports must have at least six months of validity remaining beyond your return date.
• Please ensure your passport is in good condition, as damaged or expired passports may result in denied boarding or entry at destinations.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to check and comply with visa requirements for the countries visited during the trip.

• Booking Through Us:

  • We are happy to help you secure your flights.
  • Please note that we are unable to book flights using credit card points or airline miles.
  • Flights must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless you choose to use a travel financing service.
• Estimated Pricing:

  • Round-trip non-stop flights are expected to range between $880 and $1,236, depending on airline, dates, and whether you choose Main Cabin, Premium Economy, or a Mixed Cabin itinerary.
• Booking on Your Own:

  • You are welcome to book your flights independently.
  • If you choose this option, your flight must arrive in Miami on the official start date of the itinerary to take advantage of your hotel stay and Group port transfer.

Payment Policy 💰

• Deposit: minimum $850 per traveler, due at booking. Non-refundable.
• 180 days before departure
• 120 days before departure
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due 90 days before departure

Because of the exclusive nature of this trip, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

While there is no obligation to purchase through our partners, securing a policy is an important step in safeguarding your travel plans.  

This trip is designed to be moderately active, with a variety of activities that include walking, standing, and some stairs. Here’s an overview of the activity level and accessibility considerations to help you plan:

• Daily Walking Distances: Expect to walk up to 4-6 miles daily, often on uneven surfaces such as cobblestone streets, gravel paths, and hills.
• Stairs & Elevations: Many sites, including castles, historic buildings, and the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine, involve stairs or inclines. Some activities, like the Keltenberg Knight Festival and the Amazing Race Munich, may require moderate physical effort over extended periods.
• Transportation: Comfortable group transport is provided, but participants may need to climb a few steps to board buses or trains.

• General Accessibility: While efforts are made to accommodate all travelers, some areas of the trip may present challenges for those with limited mobility or wheelchair users due to historic sites, uneven terrain, or non-accessible infrastructure.
• Berchtesgaden Salt Mine: This activity includes a miner’s train and a slide, which may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility limitations.
• Kaltenberg Knight Festival: Held in an open, uneven terrain setting, the festival may pose difficulties for wheelchairs. However, alternative arrangements can be made to enhance the experience.
• Salzburg & Munich Tours: These include accessible routes wherever possible, though some cobblestone streets and historic sites may be less accommodating.
